Epaderm cream best and not ointments – Ointments with waxy/ petroleum based Thickners bad for severe eczema. The Epaderm cream is the best I have used in 30 years, E45 similar but creams with lanolin inflamed my skin as a baby and still do. The Epaderm cream must be put on in regular small amounts and gently rubbed in till obsorbed for best results Show details

general daily moisturising, I use the “soak and smear” method after every bath before bed i.e have a bath and moisturise all over within 3 minutes of leaving the bath. His skin is back to baby smooth and very hydrated which in turn.. decreases his incidences of eczema flare ups! Of course, as all eczema parents would know there will always be flare ups no matter what you do. But Epaderm has dramatically minimised the amount of flare ups and it’s severity! With very minimal ingredients (and NO fragrance) my baby has not had a single adverse reaction to this cream. Definitely a product that deserves more recognition!

Non greasy – I hate the feel of anything sitting on my skin, so my hands have to get really cracked & dry before I’ll do anything about it. This product rubs in well, leaves skin hydrated, and I could see a difference after 2 uses. Using overnight, I could feel a difference the next morning even after I’d Showered & not reapplied. Fantastic product – My GP prescribed this for me 5 days ago. I've used it twice daily all over and it has made a significant difference to my skin. noticeably hydrated. It is great for after sun, or for skin dried out by windy or cold weather. My daughter-in-law uses it in the shower instead of soap. Honestly, it is amazing!

teaching me how to properly apply a wet dressing. Epaderm Cream and Epederm ointment was two of these products. They were hard to find as not many pharmacies stock them on their shelves and had to get Amcal to order them in for me. After two weeks of using these products my daughters eczema has disappeared. I am very happy with this product and wish I stumbled on to it two years ago.

Best cream – I was able to (almost completely) stop using strong steroid creams because of this cream. I use the ointment too. Other moisturisers sting my sensitive skin, but Epaderm never does. I have dermatitis on my torso, neck and face and around my eyes. You wouldn’t know I had a problem now as my skin is good apart from occasional flare ups now, which epaderm helps to soothe.

Wouldnt use anything else – I use this for my daughters eczema. Her skin has improved beyond anything i ever imagined. Iv used nearly every eczema cream on the market this is the only one that worked and keeps on working i wouldnt buy anything else . Not to mention its all natural thats a plus

The only thing that sorted my baby's eczema – After trying with different baby and natural oils and creams, my GP recommended Epaderm. I bought both the cream and the ointment (we use the ointment in her bath). Very soft and easy to absorb, really fantastic product, highly recommended.

Love this moisturiser – I have searched for a non-greasy moisturiser for months that would fit my 7 months old baby and found this one. My baby is allergic to almost all moisturisers except for Dermeze and so I searched for one that also is paraffin based and has less ingredients. and is SLS free. I love its container being in pump pack that make it easy to use. I use the Epaderm ointment as bath additive and Epaderm Cream as everyday moisturiser. I've been using this combo for 3 weeks now and is very happy with the result. I still use Dermeze in a small area of my baby's face which is my substitute for steroids. I am so glad that my baby has been steroid-free for a month now and has no major flare ups even if we could already feel the coldness of winter.
