If I could give no stars I would, dishwasher stopped working after 2nd wash, contacted Appliance online and Esatto. Both will not do anything unless I accept their terms and conditions for warranty. Not very helpful AVOID BOTH. I just want a refund and this piece of rubbish out of my house so I can buy a decent product.
Follow-up · It doesn't work so now I have to go to Consumer Affairs because I refuse to accept their terms and conditions. The dish washer failed on the 3rd use, obviously not fit for purpose. AVOID THIS BRAND they are a waste of time and money.

Avoid Esatto! Scammers. Rude and intimidating service guy came to look at new (3 week old) dishwasher that’s leaving brown water at bottom on some washes after cycle plus a tray that catches. Stayed 15mins saw our video of the water at bottom, didn’t run full cycle decided there’s no fault and now the company won’t exchange or return unless we pay for a technician to come out. They won’t return your faulty new appliances and staff are aggressively frightening when attending in your home.

Happy – I am happy with the purchase. It was easy to install and operate and after a few weeks I have not had any issues. All cutlery and dishes are clean, and I think the plastics come out drier than my previous Bosch dishwasher. The cycles are longer but it’s quiet enough not to be of concern. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and I’m glad it has worked out for me.

Cheap make. Too small – Very small. The inner walls move when the top and bottom trays touch them at the back, like very thin tin that wobbles. The top rack is the absolute worst design for glasses because it is too shallow and has a weird angle built into the framework and when my glasses are on the left-hand side the bowls or small plates are way too close to them to the point where they touch and I am worried my glasses will smash or my bowls will chip.
The bottom rack layout is average also; The plates get stacked front to back which would be fine but the ones on the left touch the ones on the right. This dishwasher fits in the same cavity as my last dishwasher but I feel it is miniature in size internally and I can only fit 2/3 of what I used to get in. The bottom rack is not on proper tracks so it is CONSTANTLY falling off as you pull the rack out or push the rack in, especially if it is loaded. So frustrating.
The cutlery holder is also terrible. It is shallow. I had to take one of the top plastic covers off to put things in with bigger handles but because it is not deep everything falls to one side and touches each other.
Cycles are also too long Cleans well so far which is good but I need to do too many loads.
Better than not having a dishwasher but cheaply made and I do not know how long it will hold up.
