I bought a new EDW 600 in January this year. I am now on my third one in 8 months. They are a hopeless unit - thank goodness they were under guarantee.They don’t wash or dry properly but I’ve given up. I can’t be bothered changing it again. Waste of money – Does not clean dishes. Does not get hot enough to melt wax stopper in dishwasher cleaner. Total waste of money. We hand wash and are saving up for a better brand that actually works. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish dishwasher. Show details

Not fit for purpose – The dishwasher doesn't fit a 27cm diameter dinner plate. What's the point of the dishwasher if it can't fit a plate that size? Very poor design. I've asked for a refund/exchange because it's not fit for purpose. Show details

Worst dishwasher ive had so far – brought my ED6004S JUNE 26 2023 heater element failed, reported 25 sept 2023 fixed by 15 oct 2023 now the waters not heating again reported 17 nov 2023 lets hope it takes less time to get someone here this time. Show details

4 years in, still going strong – We've had this dishwasher for 4 years now after buying it from Masters. It's a ripper. Cleans well, quiet and functional basket layout. I believe its been replaced by an updated version but we've been wrapped with this dishwasher. Also have an Esatto front load washer that's performed equally as well.  Show details

Amazing service – Machine stopped working Monday Contacted Residentia about defect on Tuesday. Sent copy of receipt on Wednesday Contact made Thursday. Order placed for new machine Friday New machine arrived Monday. Now that's what I call amazing service Thank you very much Residentia. Machine has always worked ok. Needs better customer servce – Bought from Masters & 3 days before 12 months warranty was up rust appeared in the door. Complained but told not now under warranty & clean with Stainless Steel cleaner.That fixes rust??? This is a faulty unit & warranty should not be the issue. Could not the front panel be replaced??? CHEAP as can be, 18 months on, it is a gem. Now 3 years on and the review remains the same – Needed a dishwasher quick and didn't have a lot to spend so went to discount stores, lots to choose from, so being logical, the other half picked one on the vital requirements, looks, & price. surprise, it still looks good, gets a hammering and still works like the first time, perfect, haven't had it off normal since purchase. Can't express how pleased and happy I am with the Esatto and come change time another Esatto will certainly be on the shopping list.

Quality Dishwasher – We purchased this dishwasher from Appliances Online and have been really impressed with it's performance. It was among the cheaper dishwashers available, so were a little hesitant, but we liked the modern look and the fact that it had no ugly dial controls. It was purchased to replace an old Fisher Paykel dishwasher and it's washing dishes and glasses perfectly. Worst dishwasher ever – Purchased from Masters and from the get go, it does not wash the dishes no matter what setting you put it on. We have put it on 3 times in a row but it still does not clean the dishes. Its also not big enough for large plates. put in the dishwashing tablets, the flap does not open to release the tablet and the rinse aid runs out very quickly.

I will now be investing in a better dishwasher as this one was a waste of money.

I will never buy another Esatto product again – I bought a Essato dishwash from Masters, right from the beginning I have had the E1 code, I rang the helpline and was told it maybe a kink in the pipes, to pull the dishwasher out as far as possible and run a full cycle, because if it is one of these simple issues, I will be charged for someone coming out. same issue. I then had a plumber check the water pressure ect, which was fine as i had previously been running a FP dual drawer with no issues. He said he could extend the pipes to make sure there are no kinks. Dishwasher still shows E1 and has now started leaking and shows E4, its 2 months old.

I will be ring the helpline on Monday, put in short, I am now believing that you get what you pay for.

Great value basic dishwasher – We purchased this dishwasher last week to replace a poor performing dishwasher and after a weeks use, its performance has been terrific. Realitively quiet compared to our old dishwasher, cleans well, simple and easy to use. Reliable & cheap – A little noisy compared to more expensive brands but has been very reliable over 8 months. Has the usual features, the major advantage was price. Purchased at Masters. If your budget is tight and your d/washer breaks down, this one is a good replacement. Five more words huh? ok then!  Show reply
