How do I remove all weights to transport machine on Espirit Expander

Carmel D.
Carmel D.

Unbolt the two nuts above the chrome pipes that run through the middle of the weights. Undo the bolts attached to cable directly above the weights. Push up on the black section you’ve unbolted and you can slide the weights up and off at the top (plus the two stabiliser weights on top of weights)

Sorry David, I haven't got the machine anymore so I don't have the instructions for the exercises. May I suggest going to a gym for a free consultation and getting their exercises.

My question is the same as above. I need an instruction manual. Is there someway a manual could be posted? I cannot find one online. Or perhaps someone knows the manufacturer's website/contact details. Thanks, Sue.

You definitely need the instruction booklet. This should be with the Gym when you buy it.

If you haven't yet bought an Espirt Expander 220 Home Gym yet mine is still for sale with the instruction booklet!!
