Good but expensive vitamins – My GP recommend this to me during my breastfeeding so I went to chemist warehouse and bought it, had it for about two months and I found it quite useful. more impressive is that when I do start start to feel the onset of a bad head cold I take this product and within hours I start to feel much better and the cold has gone!

May not work for everyone, but with a compromised immune system I'm a pretty good example that it does work.
