All trays have failed. $$ to replace ridiculous – Installed in October 20 and function wise, its fine. But.. all trays rusting..and need replacing. This includes the cutlery tray, glass or upper tray and bottom trays. Cost to replace is 80% of a brand new unit. Avoid!!

Small but hopeless – Just bought a house with one of these installed. Sadly, it's the worst performing dishwasher I have encountered. On any cycle, including the very long ones, less than half the dishes will be clean. Absolutely hopeless for anything left on a bowl or a cup, and even pre-rinsing doesn't seem to help much.
