Hi I've tried the link previously provided with the instructions on how to separate the two glass panel's but it no longer works, I used bi carb and vinegar to clean the oven, and I've managed to get some in between the two panes and it's left white steaks.

Haven’t tried to separate the panels, sorry. Plus I rarely use the oven at all anymore.

I need instructions on how to replace the glass panels in the oven door. They have been removed to be cleaned. The larger panel is the one that is causing a problem. There doesn't seem to be a manual for the EP6004SX that covers this.

We moved into our house 2 years ago - this is the oven that is installed. Last night the oven just stopped heating. Fan works, timer works but no heating. We live in Margaret River WA - how do we get this repaired? Husband is a chef so as you can imagine this is VERY frustrating.

Where can I get detailed information on the use of this oven.. The manual which came with it is useless. There is more info on the installation that on the actual use of the oven. There seems to be no actual way to select convection cooking. It says you can remove the side brackets, but does not say how. Table and Tips - useless - Shelf position , from top to bottom or bottom to top. I have always believed it to be bottom to top, which does not work in this case. It suggests you use a baking tray for beef, but wire racks for pork and chicken? It suggests grilling when you would want to roast. The manual is very vague. I would expect fan forced for all roasting. On page 4 the Fan forced information is not clear. I also have an implement include which are not described in the manual so don't know what it is for?

Hi Judith, The manual is useless and I also tried their website and their is nothing more detailed with the instruction other than what we have. There customer service is also extremely poor and you can't get any help. My element has given up after 3 years and I can't contact anyone for assistance until after 6th January. I am on my way to Harvey Norman to buy a completely different, reputable brand.

Hi my oven Model: EP6004SX and Serial: SGS/120777 has a problem where only the oven fan turns on but no light or heat when timer switch is turned on. What's the problem and what's needed to fix this?

I have a ep6004sx oven the light does'nt work so i went to change the bulb however the bulb in it was the wrong size. Can anyone tell me what size bulb i need. I know its a 25w but what size screw ?

The ignition on ours kept on failing too. No end of problems with this oven!! Twice we've had a tech come to repair it!! Ous is now burning the cupboards beside it. In the end, Euro said that they'd be prepared to pay for the actual "repair", but we had to pay for the technician (because it was out of warranty). I've now ordered a new Westinghouse ....won't touch Euro again!! :(

Hi, I've just inherited the 6004sx, but I'm finding that after the oven goes off, the hot air seems to keep coming out of the oven for a good 10 minutes after everything has been switched off. Is this normal?
