up very well and I'm happy with that. I like the control over the steam and that you can vacuum it up straight away. There are many things I dislike. The unit is very heavy and, although I purchased the trolley it's still really difficult to lug around in my house which is not open plan. The trolley handle is at the back so each time I want to move it I have to go around the other side. When cleaning grout with the small attachment it takes absolutely ages going over all the grout slowly inch by inch. The attachments are so awkward that many jobs like wall tiles etc. are really difficult and the shower walls almost impossible because I can't get the unit in there. Most of my windows are the small square panes so I can't use it on them because it leaves a wet streak at the bottom of each pane (although does work well on large, plain windows). I don't use it as often as I'd like as it's just too hard. The optional dry vacuum cleaner I bought with it is an absolute nightmare! I've never purchased anything as badly designed as this attachment.

I must admit that it does a good job, but at the cost of a full days work and my patience. Trying to drag around the whole steamer unit as well as the extra power lead is very hard.They provide clips to attach the lead to the hose but these work for about 5 minutes. I've now gaffa-taped the lead to the hose.

Still not happy – After leaving machine in cupboard foe 12 months as we were totally disappointed with it's unreliability we contacted the local agent and told him of the ongoing problems and he assured us that nobody else has had the same issues and although skeptical we took the machine to Perth to let him look at it. done a lot of work for it's age (look at original review) and except for the faulty steam galleries in the suction tubes the defective control board for the vacuum motor it was in excellent condition.

As the machine was out of warranty we paid for the repairs and I took up with him the problem of the steam escaping from the handle area through a fracture that occurs in a very short time and that we had had 3 new hoses under warranty and that I had made a small fitting to fix this problem.

He assured me he had not heard of this before.

We also after taking the machine home rang and told him that the machine seemed to run out of steam in a very short time and took quite a while to produce any again

We have not used the steam function for over twelve months however today we tried to use it to clean a lounge using the fabric cleaning fitting and after a few minutes steam was leaking out of the hand piece??? n opening this up surprise surprise my fitting is not inside it has had a new hand piece fitted and this has failed again after a very short time on steam.

This machine is and absolute nightmare it fails every time an attempt is made to use it, it is the most unreliable and disappointing thing we have ever had the misfortune to own. Nothing it is a cheap and nasty machine masquerading as a quality one don't be fooled Everything and even the repair agent cant be honest about it.

Good – I would recommend it to a friend if there is an agent in Singapore. The old one has disappeared and now I cannot get my faulty steam/vacuum hose with handle replaced as the blue button sometimes does work properly.
