Just over 3 years old. It washes "ok" but not brilliantly. Has had a few issue's over this time but fixable ie Leaks and a switch. Main issue is the dish racks just rust away and are just ridiculously expensive to buy. Two racks and your half way to buying another machine. I'm going back to a Miele my last one was 5+ year's old and still going well but we decided to "upgrade" What a bad decision that was. Show details

Great Dishwasher – Have had this dishwasher over 8 years, it has been the BEST dishwasher ever. It will clean the dishes without even dish powder, everything is spotless , even baked on Lasagna. Had a dishlex before this beauty and it was below a zero .would highly recommend Euromaid dishwasher. Show 2 replies

Works well, however racks totally have rusted out – This dishwasher works fairly well, generally things come out clean, occasionally there are a couple of things not super clean but overall does the job well and am happy with this. Controls are easy to use, it it quiet and no real complaints about its function. Never needed any work done, nil errors or the like. However, after barely 2 years of… Read more

having it it needs replacing as the racks have rusted out. The powder coating had come off the racks, exposing the steel which then has rusted away badly. The cost of replacement racks is more than the dishwasher itself, so unfortunately am going to have to throw out an otherwise working dishwasher. Very wasteful but there really is no other option. This is the second dishwasher we've been through in 5 years, it is really pretty poor but a sign of the times unfortunately. Hopefully we get more than 2 years out of the next one.

Terrible Service Support – Had a previous Euromaid dishwasher which I liked, but died just after warranty expired. So I decided to give Euromaid another chance and bought this dishwasher. Didn't wash as well as the previous model, but as soon as it was installed the flimsy plastic strip which are the control buttons was loose and went in too far once touched or pushed to… Read more

start operation.

In less than a year after purchase, one side of the plastic strip broke off and got stuck and operating the machine was impossible.

I phoned "service support" and waited for a long time to be attended to. After lodging a request for a technician to attend and fix it, I was advised that they would book same as soon as I sent proof of purchase and image of broken button, which I did straight away.

Since then, they keep asking for my phone number - which I provided three times, and still no technician booking. As I live in a remote area my phone reception is bad so am not able to keep phoning them, they are not responding to emails, and I keep getting the run around and no resolution to actually get dishwasher repaired.

If I had known how bad their service support was, I would never have purchased this dishwasher.

It has been months since I have used my dishwasher, after 5 visits from service technician, and Euromaid sending the wrong or incomplete parts each time, I am still waiting to get it fixed. There is no email address for Euromaid, hard to get in touch with them and send images of damage, but basically you are left to wait indefinitely. I have requested a new dishwasher as I don't see an end in sight to get it fixed, also, the screws have been screwed out and in numerous times, and are now stripped out, which I should not have to have in a dishwasher that is less than a year old. Unacceptable.

Is this really a dishwasher? – This dishwasher does not wash dishes. Well, to be fair, it occasionally slightly cleans the dishes in the bottom rack, but mostly they need to be washed in the sink after. It does however make some noise, use some water, and fill the gap between our cupboards, so it that’s what you are looking for then it’s perfect! But don’t buy one new, come and take ours Show details

Dreadful – Worst dishwasher I have ever had. Moved into house June 2022. Dishwasher worked for one month then flooded the kitchen. Called GlenDimplex. Reported July. A work order was sent to a company who did not do any warranty work for GD?? Another work order sent to a company who were not even in the region or area?? Another work order sent and finally… Read more

after four months, a pump was replaced in November 2022. Since then used six times (time away on holidays) and stopped working on 2nd January 2023. Again the roundabout to send work orders instead of checking the paperwork from 2022, and sending directly to the company who repaired it in November. Still waiting. This is a manufacturing fault PRC. The warning icon after it floods states there is a ‘leak’.
