Value for money – Purchased this on sale from powerland, was about $450 delivered. This is incredibly good value for money. There are a couple things to note, the case that the dishwasher tablet goes into is quite hard to close and always takes me a couple tries. Also eco mode doesnt wash the dishes well so I always stick to daily 65. Overall good experience. Show details

I am giving this dishwasher a one star rating as there is no zero stars available – Once unpacked , we tried to use this dishwasher . So. To start with there were some plastic rail end caps missing. Straight away we followed the instructions and did a test run empty. This worked. We then put in one load to wash. That did work. We put in another load to wash. still showing on , not completed , not washing . We waited five weeks from the day after we bought this , registered warranty . Then the wrong spare parts arrived , totally irrelevant , even though we send a photo of the broken pieces . We called the plumber to check on taps , inlets , outlets in case there external problems , even change the tap .plumber tested machine , found the door did not close , unable to get it going. So we booked a warranty service call. They were supposed to call us within two days . Seven days later they asked me by text if we had a booking date , appointment for repair. None was made. As the parts were missing and broken , we did not attempt to use the machine , in case it would make it worse . The dishwasher does not respond to start stop pause button , also the cancel button does not work. Machine runs for hours without a drop of water. No satisfaction so far. We have finally found a service agent , did a few things. Still not working and spare parts are in the ether . It has been 8 weeks and 300 dollars for the plumber later . Also we have to wash up by hand , we both are aged and disabled couple , that do depend on dish washer to keep independent . So far we have had no satisfaction from anywhere. It will be a job for the Ombudsman in our case . Product was purchased on 29 of June 2023 off Bi-Rite in Roma QLD . They also do not want to help us , they say it’s the manufacturers problem . Today is the 21rst of August 2023.

So far so good – Replaced my Bosch (made in Germany) dishwasher with this Euromaid after reading good reviews and so far it outperforms the Bosch. Bosch was showing an E14 check water code, paid $235 for a Service call and 6 weeks later code appeared again so no way was I going to pay another $300+ for parts and labour. store for $449, it has stainless steel interior, cleans the dries the dishes perfectly. Took out extra 3 year warranty for $99 so that is 5 years I am covered for so if it lasts more than that it will outperform the Bosch.

Best dishwasher we have ever owned – Having had very expensive dishwashers in the past and not being thrilled with them we thought we would give the Euromaid a try. Love it so much I bought one for each of my daughters – I bought an expensive dishwasher and it showed error every time I did a load, I was so disappointed !! I bought this one to replace the whiz bang one until warranty issues were sorted out. I kept the euromaid and turfed the other. clean, easy to load, takes everything and washes well. Love it. I will be replacing my other appliances as required with euromaid .

Good iniitial choice – Brand new dishwasher. Washes extremely well. Small self install issue that aid promptly worked with me to correct. The aftersale contact was excellent . I was contacted numerous times and there was a service agent on hand within a few days to help out. Show details ·  1
