My last review was removed because I told it like it was – Lemon is only way to describe this piece of junk. From day 1, nothing but trouble. In second visit, tec man reported bearings shot, drum bent and control panel would only do 1 if the 15 cycles. Euromaid customer care was more customer don't care. Numerous calls and hours in hold. Finally spoke to a very rude lady, [Name Removed] and I told her I was calling Dept of fair trading. She told me to go ahead as they were not going to do anything. My problems are exactly the same as Coulton in first review. Hope he reads this a contacts fair trading. Got a reputable brand delivered today. The Only part of machine that worked was drawer for detergent.

Purchased in for $849.

Very upset…. Can’t use – Purchased from Kogan and once turned it on and I was like wow this is super quiet and looks amazing etc but then when it goes to spin cycle the actual whole unit sounds like going to explode out of the laundry it shakes that badly that it moves All around and sounds like a space ship and got a loud tapping sound I have looked at the levelling and it’s level adon’t know what to do because I cannot even wash I have left a message with Kogan and I’m waiting for them, don’t know what to do as I don’t have have washing machine that is usable

Hi Colyton, I’m sorry to hear of your experience. From what you have described it sounds like the transit bolts are still attached to the machine. They need to be removed before it is used (page 7 on the user manual). Please let us know how you go. Thanks

Thank you for sending us the video and photos, as confirmed the transit bolts had not been removed from the machine.

Early Days, but so far loving it – So, it's only been just over a week of having my new washing machine and so far I am loving it. It's so quiet compared to my old F/L w/m that I actually forget that I am doing a wash. There are so many different settings that I probably wouldn't use them all, however they are there should I need them. It's very easy to use, you don't need a degree in rocket science to work it. Some of the settings are extremely long, however there are shorter cycles you can use and you are also able to customise some of the settings such as temp, spin speed etc, which will depend on which cycle chosen. I love how much I can fit in the drum at one time which makes my life so much easier. Washing my QS quilt is now a breeze. If I remember, I will come back in a few month's time and update my review. So far, highly recommend it.

Purchased in at Appliances Online for $649.
