I bought an Euromaid ES7 Oven in September 2015. It is provided a two years warranty.
However on the third year after the warranty expired, it broke down.
Only the digital clock still displays, the oven & fan do not work.
Do you know if there is a fuse that can be replaced?
Hey Sam,
We would like to assist you in getting this resolved. Can you please call us on 1800 444 357 and quote 'Dale67'. The team will process this for you.
Thanks and happy Friday!
The only thing i can think or imagine it could be is either the thermal cutout or function switch is faulty.... To replace these switched is relatively cheap as a cost of around $30.00 up to $ 40.00 each.
I hope this helpful for you.
Regards Beksta
The fan force operation does not allow built up smoke and steam in oven to escape ??
Is this correct or is their meant to be a flue attatched ??
Hi, we are not 100% certain we understand your question. Can you please get in touch with us on 1800 444 357 so that we can assist you further? Thanks.
Yes that's correct as is with all other ovens during cooking. Smoke obviously means something burning from food and steam from moisture... Oven too hot or need to cover delicate area's with foil.....
It has a cavity fan with aides in keeping oven exterior cooler..
Hope this is helpful....
Happy with my CS90S. I bought it to replace an older model of the same size so I didnt have to refit the kitchen. On the older one the electrics fried. On this new one the oven fan goes for a long time after oven is off. Is this to stop the electrics frying? I am sensitive to noise and would like to stop it doing this as I am in an open plan situation. However, I do not want to just turn it off if it will damage my stove. Thanks, Mhairi
The fan running after the oven is finished cooking or turned off is a standard feature of fan forced ovens and is not unique to Euromaid ovens. I think it is a safety feature. Our Whirlpool oven and microwave do the same thing. If I were you, just leave the fan do its work as it is designed that way. This is just my opinion, turning the fan off straight away after cooking might void your warranty due improper operation of the appliance.
It's just the cooling fan going through it's process. There is no worries or problems after a few minutes it is all over.
Yep, this is a feature designed to prolong the life of your appliance!
I’ve had the ES7 model now for 2 years 10 months and it has stopped working. The oven clock is working, but not the light, fan or oven.
Any ideas?
Thank you
I have no idea, I am not an electrician and I do not work for the company. I suggest to contact an electrician, describe your problem and ask for a quote so you can decide if it is worth fixing or buying a new one. Also ask the company direct for advice, it is an Australian company so you can find the contact number or email by searching the internet.
Hey Christine,
Sorry this has happened.
Can you please send us a direct message with your full contact information?
Thank you for your responses.
I have sent an email direct to Euromaid, and am waiting for a response from them.
That's a tough one to answer , your 24 month warranty has expired for just 10 months i suggest you contact Euromaid and perhaps they can get it repaired for you by compassionant grounds and circumstances.....
I hope this is of some help to you Christine
Cheers Pete
