If the display is not showing you may require a technician to take aloo at it, if is displaying but not responding you can do the below: Hold the speed cook button until it resets or Hold the memory and selector buttons together until it resets, if neither work you can also reset it by turning it off at the mains and try to set the clock again. good morning Trish thank you for your enquiry Is the clock set on the oven? If it is flashing then you need to set the time on the clock. If there is no power to the clock or the oven you may need to check the circuit board

Hi Vicki, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described there is no reset switch for the thermostat. You can control the temperature in the settings. If the problem persist you may require a technician to have a look at it. Thanks

If the D error is in the yellow section you will need to hold the 2 highlighted buttons together until it resets. If neither works you can reset it by turning it off at the mains. Thanks

Hi Lisa G, Euromaid emailed a cheat sheet to me as I had experienced the same problem on more than one occasion. I have tried to copy & paste this info for you but it wasn't successful. Perhaps someone at Product Review can give me an email address. This cheat sheet is excellent and will solve your issue in about 10 seconds. Robyn R

Hi Regina, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described you should be able to change the d50 message to d00 by using the down arrow, once d00 is reached press the C button below the down arrow, this should remove it. Thanks
