Not good Enough – I bought this as I haven't got the space and rig for a portable fridge set up I have never got more than 2 days of ice, actually by day 2 is already a slush. Have been using daily for the last 12 months. Yes I keep it in shade, cover it while travelling on the road so no direct sunlight. Durable enough but as far as ice retention goes fails dismally. Am researching for a replacement.

Purchased in at Anaconda for $119.

Not the best – We are going through a bag of ice every one/two days…..considering it says ice lasts up to 6 days I guess I can’t complain…..BUT would never get another one Will replace

Purchased in at Anaconda Online store for $149.

Hi Tracey, We are sorry to hear about your experience thus far. An iceboxes ability to hold ice can be impacted by several factors, included but not limited to, quality and quantity of ice, ambient temperature, where the icebox is being used and where the icebox is stored.

If your wanting to store products for several days we would recommend using block ice (you can use a ice cream tub to make this), make sure the product is chilled before putting it in the icebox and fill the icebox to the top. This will help maximise the performance of the icebox.

Kind Regards, EvaKool.

It's an imported cooler – I google searched "Where are Evakool made" and the answer is: "Australia Evakool is born and bred right here in Australia." I also watched their video at the Facebook website https://www.facebook.com/EvakoolAustralia/videos/icekool-24l-one-of-our-best-selling-products-ready-to-be-delivered-chilledforgoo/3551401961579872/ hence I was convinced that the Evakool 24l icekool is made in Queensland and I bought one straightaway. Now, I found out that it is made in Phillipines. I contacted Evakool for an explanation and they said: "EvaKool do not claim that all of its products are manufactured in Australia" and "Please note we are not aware of any other iceboxes which are made in Australia anymore". The reason I gave two stars is that Evakool is behaving in the same way as those companies that advertise their Australia manufactured products heavily but never mention at their websites that most of their other products are in fact manufactured overseas. I would not buy another Evakool.

Per our email communications with you, EvaKool does not, nor has it ever advertised or claimed that all of it's products are Australian Made. The google searches you showed us stating our products are made in Australia are specific to our Down Under Series Fridge/Freezers and Infinity Fibreglass Fridge/Freezers, both of which are run down our production line in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast in QLD.
