Well, we have only used this pizza oven once having bought it from a large retail store. 20 mths later we tried to use it again and it has no ignition lighting at all. We have troubleshooted everything that we know. Everdure referred a local appliance fixer who I would not recommend in the area and that is my only option! I spent an extra thousand dollars to get the cabinet and only used this pizza oven once. Would certainly not recommend it again. I buy everything from this large retail store but the last couple of times I have been in there I have not had a very good Customer experience. Where are all the good Customer service people? It still is not fixed and will go out of its warranty shortly. Extremely disappointed.

First the service was good and prompt so everything went smoothly. So after 8 months and 2 pizzas a week of use, lm loving this oven. This is my first time using a pizza oven and l couldn’t be happier, great oven, the rotating stone makes it so easy, cooks the pizza top and bottom prefect after a bit of learning. Easy to clean and big enough to get to and remove the stone easily. Get the cover for the oven when ordering as it keeps it from getting dirty, just take it off and it’s ready. Only one small thing is lve found lve scratched the paint on the entry with the peel. But that doesn’t change anything about how much l like this oven.
