Good morning, if your oven has two screws at the top of the door when you undo them it should release the glass. If it does not have them you will need to follow the instructions below as the glass is part of the door, If this is not successful please give us a call on 1300 739 033.The team at Everdure.

Removing and cleaning the oven door: Before starting to clean your oven, be sure that all control buttons are off and your appliance has cooled off. Unplug the appliance. Fully open the oven door. Each of the door hinges has a locking lever at the top. While supporting the door, open the 2 levers (unlocked). Half close the door (which semi-closes the levers) and then evenly lift the door slightly (this frees the hinges from the bottom edge of the oven). Rotate the door as if to close it and the hinge will rotate out of the oven, and the door can be placed on a stable surface to clean. Replacement is the opposite of its removal (take care to keep the 2 hinges level).
