I really like this bike but trying to get replacement battery from the company, Everfit was not good. No vendors selling this Everfit bike have been able to help supplying a replacement battery. Considering the battery is a major component of a ebike, I would have thought Everfit would have been able to assist is purchasing. As I said, i like this product, just a shame about the after sales service

Everfit E-bike 21 speed 250w – I have started this review as I could not find any reviews on the web or you tube for the bike prior to purchase. The attraction for this bike was its fair price and having 21 Speed gears and 250w road legal motor as I live in an area with steep hills. (there is also an identical looking lower priced 7 speed model) First impressions when unpacking and assembling: Arrived well packed and quality looks good. A couple of minor things , no hex key for adjusting the seat rake angle, all other required assy tools supplied. Assembly manual is really poorly written and the assembly photos are quite poor quality (too dark ). I looked on their website but there is no link to the assembly manual online. When I requested a link they sent me one. Downloaded the pdf version and the quality of images is good (still the same poorly written doc). Support: From my perspective it is poor. If you are expecting to talk to a support person they "do not provide outbound person support", so far if you want support its by email and you uploading videos or photos of the problem to them. Using the bike: The documentation being poor and not being able to talk to any support, I had to go to youtube and look for a similar type of display to find out how to operate it. (looks like several other manufacturers use similar model displays) On the road, the tallest gear (fastest) could be a little taller, but is adequate. Power in assist is programmed from 1 to 3 most assist and seems to work ok. Other than that it seems fine, battery is nom 36V and seems to hold up ok. The connector to the charge point is a small 3 pin plug and a little tricky to connect. There is an orientation dot, but everything is black on the bike, so colour coding the orientation would be an improvement and make alignment easier when plugging it in. After 2 long rides the bike has developed a clunking noise when pedalling hard under pressure. So I have just put their support to the test and emailed a video as requested. I will update this review as this unfolds. Apart from this happening overall the product seems ok.
