They state that it is Amy Store, but it's not, comes from china, they say 10 - 20 days delivery, been 30 days now, tracking is in Chinese and it always says error. They also changed my invoice to use, so I paid $58 dollars I personally think it is a scam. I have contacted them 3 times, they say be patient Show details

Ordered a 3 pack based on the fabulous reviews. The product did not deliver its promised results of matching to your skin colour. It made me look incredibly pale and was greasy. I packaged the product and returned it to the address I was advised to send it to in China at a further cost to me. The items were returned to me around 2 months later.… Read more

Not sure if the company moves addresses? I have contacted the company several times to ask for a refund however they are not replying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE – My order was paid and procsssed in November 2024, I am still waiting for delivery - Is this a SCAM?? I keep on being told it is in transit and in RSA, but they can't even tell me who the couriers are??

Absolutely horrible!! – I finally received my foundation only to be extremely disappointed. There is absolutely no coverage and goes right into the wrinkles and pores. Also, it has a sunscreen scent. Not good. Please save your money. The foundation does not work up to expectations. Show details

Reading negative feedback from disappointed customers – Just reading these negative reviews I will not be ordering this rubbish. The video is a bunch of lies and this product taken off the market. They should have the good grace to reimburse their angry disappointed customers. You simply cannot trust these Chinese products.

may as well wear white zinc cream, which would cost less for the same effect – This product is nothing like advertised! There are significant misrepresentations in the advertising, and it doesn’t blend in at all. The zinc in it makes your face white and greasy, and it doesn’t match any skin tone unless you want to look anemic. Moreover, there is no company support or customer service. Avoid this product! Show details

Useless product that made me look much worse, not better – Update June 2025: I suggest don't even try returning for a refund! More than six months after posting the product back to China for a refund, the parcel was returned to me! Again, I emailed Evonex, who sent their standard reply to "please post to the address below ... and a refund will be processed once received". As the address was the same as… Read more

what I had originally put on the returned parcel, I emailed them again to advise - as expected, a waste of time, as no response. When I posted the product back to China many months ago, to the address provided, I checked and my returned parcel arrived in China. Evonex kept stating to me that they had not recorded my return as received, and under their refund policy, they cannot refund me until they have recorded the returned product (I'd sent over 10 emails to them, including proof of delivery to China by Australia Post). Original review: I have light olive skin. The Evonex foundation looked awful on me - my face looked pale and greasy. Even very minor skin imperfections were not covered at all. When I contacted the seller by email several times, I received no response. What a total waste of money! .

No product, no refund! – I would give this company a 0 if I could. I ordered the product and it was sent to my old address. I notified them and they said they would mail it to my current address. They said it was delivered but I never got it. I live in a gated community with locked mail boxes. I asked that they send another or refund me. They are not responding! It has been almost 8 weeks! This is a scam, do not order. They will not reimburse if there is a problem! Show details

Stay away from it! – This foundation is terrible, it is very white and dries out my skin. I tried to send it back, but I would have to send it back to China! Even though the parcel came from NSW/Australia. This is not mentioned on their website. To send the foundation back would almost cost me as much as the product itself. Very bad product and no customer service at all.

Worst skin foundation I’ve ever tried – This foundation promises to be all things to all people, anti-aging, blends to skin tones, no-perfume, vegan…blah, blah, blah. This is probably the worst foundation I’ve ever bought. Thick, greasy, shiny, very white - no idea how it works on darker skins…. Probably end up looking like a clown! Don’t waste your money.
