Home Appliances are no longer the distributor of Fagor in Australia (we manage this account). Unsure of who or if the product is sold in OZ anymore. Sorry we couldnt be of more help.

I don't live in Queensland. I assume you've tried to call Fagot; maybe they distribute, maybe not.

I have the same issue, I don't have an instruction manual for my Fagor 6H-875ATCXAUS

Can someone point me in the right direction to download a manual for it? I have searched but cannot find anything.

I have a basic instruction sheet but no real instructions about how to really use the functionality of the oven.

I have just purchased this oven, and am struggling with finding the recipes and settings to use the steam function, do you have any or any tips?

You can down load a user manual if you did not get one. There is a steam switch that looks a bit like a crown. Press once to activate.

I have found the steam recipes: external link But as to where the water tank is or how this works, I have NO idea at all! Anyone else know. I have a 6H-875ATCX but no idea how to use the steam function? where does the water go, there is no water tank!
