Modern and great quality
Fan is so well built and works amazingly. Its modern looking and the remote really compliments it well compared to other brands with old looking remotes. Well done Fanco! Highly recommended to others.

Outdoor patio area
Purchasing the 64” bronze oil fan proved ideal for our new Patio area, we found the delivered fan to have been well packaged . Being made in China we found the instructions for assembly a bit vague and the diagrams were difficult to understand however in saying that once we carefully figured out how it fitted we found the quality of the fan matched the price we paid.
The fact that we had a raked ceiling and on an angle of 13degrees we purchased the fan which allowed an angle of 15degrees and this proved ideal.

Horizon 64 inch Oil Bronze Fan
We are very happy with the Fanco Australia service as well as with the Electrician who replaced the fan. The Horizon 64" fan in oil bronze colour looks super stylish as well as works beautifully. We had some minor issues with the previous model fan so we needed a replacement. Not only we got it replaced, we got upgraded with the newer model at no charge, everything was covered by the warranty. Customer service from Fanco was superb. The Electrician Sam that was assigned to our job has responded promptly, replaced the fan quickly and efficiently and left clean space afterwards.
Great service! Thank you so much! Alenka

Fantastic!
Great fans. Got 6 of Horizon ones and they look fantastic and are super quiet. Had an issue connecting it to Tuya but a quick email to support and they provided a valid solution.
Love the design (especially for the black model).
The electrician that installed it said that he thinks they are some of the best fans available. Not the easiest to install as there are lots of cables and controller to fit in a small space but very reliable.
Thanks CT, we're glad we could help you get connected!

Very impressed with the simplicity of install, especially as a result of the remote controller requiring no wiring. Just replace the existing light with the fan.

Good choice
Had to replace A faulty ceiling fan and opted for the Fanco Horizon. Fan came very quickly after placing the order and I installed it that day (I'm an electrician).
The installation was simple and trouble free. The fan operation is faultless as is the CCT light which allows 3 different colour temperatures to be selected. The fan is silent in operation apart from the expected air noise at higher speeds, much different from any AC fans I've installed.
Very happy with installation, operation and looks of the fan.
Purchased in at Fans on Line for $459.
Thanks Ronnie, we're glad you like it!

Nice-looking fan and it pumps out air
We are really happy with this fan. The airflow appears exceptional. It is very quiet as well. On the low setting it works much better than the old fan on high. The price point is reasonable as well.

Thanks Julian, this is really lovely to hear. We're really excited about the Horizon and we're glad you like it too!

Perfect fan for my needs
This 64" ceiling fan performs exceptionally well and nothing I found compares at this price point. I found this fan to have incredibly good airflow - as much as the more expensive 70" fan I have installed in my master bedroom - with minimal wobble. The 3 Horizon DC fans I had installed are on high, raked ceilings so the fact that the fan came with the two extension rods suited me very nicely. I love the timer function that allows you to fall asleep with the fan on, but have it automatically switch off later in the night. On speed settings 1 thr...
Read moreough 3 the fan is very quiet, but it does get a little noisy on settings 4 and 5. However, it wasn't any noisier than other fans I looked at for this price point. My 70" fan is quieter on the highest speed, however, it was considerably more expensive than the Horizon DC and does not have the timer function. On speed setting 3 the Horizon pushes enough air that I don't think you'd need to use speed 4 or 5 except on very hot nights.Hi Jeff, thanks so much for your feedback! The Horizon is our newest fan and it's great to hear that it suits you so well.
Questions & Answers
Hi,
I have a couple of questions,
1, is the fan suited for outdoor/coastal installation in a gazebo with no walls.
2, can the fan be supplied with a remote and not a wall plate. (its being installed in an outdoor location and all switch gear must be IP rated/water resistant)
3, will the fan retain the last used setting when switched off at the wall.
4, how will it cope with cross winds when running (breeze only)
Thank you in advance for your response

Regards, The team at FancoI have an outdoor deck which is covered by a balcony above out to 2.2 metres. The ceiling is around 2.9 metres high so I was wondering whether the Horizon 64” would be a good option as it seems to have the highest airflow? Is it available in Australia with the wall mount kit.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The Horizon actually comes with two rod lengths in the box, so you can choose how high you’d like to install it without buying accessories. Australian standards r...
Read moreequire for the fans blades to be at least 2.1m above the ground, but you will still feel the breeze from a fan if it’s a little higher. We’ve found that we get the most out of fans if their blades sit somewhere between 2.1 and 2.5m above the ground. For your situation, using the shorter length rod in the Horizon box will put the base of your fan around 2.525m above the ground, and the longer one will place the fan about 2.4 from the ground. If you’d like it a little closer, you could purchase the 90cm longer rod as an accessory and have your electrician cut it down to the exact length you want. We're working as hard as we can to make the model with wall control available to our customers. At this stage though, we don't have a concrete timeline. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing service@fanco.com.au .Hi I have a room around 6 x 7 metres and it includes living, dining and kitchen. I was wondering if the Fanco HOrizon 64 inch would be big enough to cool the room or if I should get 3 smaller ones? thanks for your help, Fiona
if you call one of the suppliers they should be able to answer this question to you. We have the horizon in nearly all of our rooms and they are really effective.
