Unfortunatly,I had an issue with the website. Ordering can be tricky The AC fans were the same price,and on special, as the DC fans. I ended up ordering the wrong motors, first time arround. I returned the AC motors for a refund, then purchased the correct DC motors. The mistake was compounded by using paypal for payment, Causes a headach for myself with the refund. Im greatful to 360 fans for accepting the mistake I had made, and assitance for a refund. Take care navagating the website, make sure to check the purchase before payment. As 360 fans custommer service was difficult to contact when an issues arose. Never the less Im very happy with the purchase

Ordered 3 fans on November 28. Only part of the order arrived in damaged, open boxes, with fan blades and centre disks missing. After multiple emails, messages, and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone but am still waiting on the parts. It’s now December 23, I’ve had to cancel the electrician, and have no fans for Christmas. Very disappointing… Read more

Installed for a week and so far all good. The lowest speed is a bit too fast for my liking, but that is a small thing. Easy to install by electrician. Looks good/ classy.

I have had 360 fans before and find them quiet and reliable. I bought 2 of these and they seem more efficient and effective than the old ones which were other brands. They are a good size for a medium bedroom and have great airflow. I am happy to have the DC motors as they are quite a bit more energy efficient. Show details

Spitfire fan – I bought 4 spitfire whitewash to replace old ac fans and these are terrific Quiet stylish work extremely well we are very happy with our choice but even though I purchased 4 of the same model fans and 3 of them had the right remote and one was sent with a completely different remote not sure why But still, highly recommend them

I did find the fan too cold for me in my bedroom but I solved that problem by trying it on 'reverse' setting ..., and it's absolutely perfect. I love having the remote control as if you're on the computer or watching t.v. you don't have to get up to change anything as it's all done with the press of a button! I also find the ability to alter the brightness of the fan light is very handy as I am one who is not keen on bright lighting. The only minor negative comment I have is that there were no batteries included with the fans which seems odd and I have to say was an inconvenience at the time when you are paying an electrician to install and then you have to go out to buy batteries. But aside from that, I would highly recommend this fan ..., and as a company, Three Sixty Fans were great. I dealt with Mark and he was very friendly, knowlegible and didn't mind my asking some seemingly trivial questions. And as my fans were on back order, he kept in touch and didn't keep me guessing with regards the arrival and delivery of said fans.

Beautiful quiet fans – We purchased 5 of these as part of an upgrade for our house. They are beautiful, quiet and have definitely helped increase the quality feel in our house. aspergers and noise sensitivity, and bought this fan because its supposed to be whisper quiet, its driving me insane both, are the same, the electrician returned back to check both wiring, and nothing wrong electrically, its to do with the fan, - I need to return both, the only problem is that I have a sick dog that needs the fan constantly running, and I do to as I am home all day to hear the noise, I am a disability pensioner, both fans are installed in both my bedroom and lounge i sleep,in both, I cant exercise or think to myself, the ticking is on and off and making me insane, I dont think I want this model again, I would go for another fan, the noise is irregular and, I cant function with the constant noise both of these fans omit, having paid the electrican $540 install, now I have to get new fans, and uninstall, I am assuming when I purchased as these were the silentest fans available, this is not the case, the noise is effecting my noise sensitivity, can you please tell me how to return these and claim the electrician costs of both uninstall and reinstall, then I have no light and no fan in bedroom once i reinstall, I am happy to post the videos of the noise on youtube, and provide you the links, Hi I have uploaded a video to u tube if you turn it up to max volume you will find the fan is clicking like a rat in the ceiling on both fans, tapping dripping tap sound occasionally there is a random clicking noise that happens no matter if you open the windows or not on my new fans, made by 360, they are advertised as whisper quiet, but it sounds like occasionally there is a rat in my ceiling clicking the wires, its ok today the noise stopped, but it goes at random inconsistent times, then when it does click it clicks for 10 secs every 3-5mins it doesn't matter if windows open, or air con running or windows closed, the electrician came back and fixed it for a second time but its still driving me insane clicking
