Disappointing! – Purchased commercial chest freezer for our farm just over three years ago. Have had constant problems with it freezing up (even though it was supposed to be self-defrosting) to the point where we would have to constantly defrost to make sure the lids were closing properly. Freezer motor has now seized (tripping our safety switch) and it only comes with a 12 month warranty. So after only 3 years that's nearly $2,000 down the drain!
