out prior to the order being made up, and the caller was preemptively on the offense asserting that this was my fault and trying to sell me delivery, at an extra cost of 50+% . The speed with winch the conversation moved in this direction leads me to think that this is a regular problem, and that blaming the customer and attempting to up sell a delivery is probably standard practice. Despite the assertions that it was clear that some items where not in stock at my location, the website allowed me to select pickup from the sunshine coast, and this was not queried . I advise all potential customers to be wary of these sort of tactics before placing an order, and ring to confirm all details before making any payment.

Waste of energy couldnt even get a quote ,unhelpful disinterested on the phone moving on to someone who has customer service and wants the business.

realized within the order, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong hinges. When I called to explain the situation, the representative arranged for the correct hinges to be ordered for me to swap them with the incorrect ones I had received. Even though the mistake was my own, the team handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. The process was smooth, and the quick resolution meant I didn't have to wait long to get the right parts. I was impressed with their service that I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Sure, there was some running around, but for a regional farmer, they've earned a loyal customer.

Order was processed quickly, arrived at their partner warehouse the next day to collect after receiving the email to advise it was ready. A 2 hour wait to collect 2 posts, checked with staff multiple times and no one knew what was happening. Other people there in the same situation, was advised our parts were given to another customer. Terrible – Dont use this company, we got sent to a collection dept to pick up but items were not in stock, we wasted 3 hours of our day, company seems to seel stuff which they dont have,

Fencing was great and price was very good – Very helpful and easy to deal with ... only issue was that brackets were not available in Perth (although website showed they were when i ordered) and i had to pay for shipping of the brackets.

Absolute Disgrace. A first in 20 years of construction – Online ordering system is a joke and as it turns out they are practically drop shipping. Glass comes from a totally different wholesaler. Five back and forth calls, a trip to Brisbane and no stock. Stood around for two hours to be told gear wasn't there. Then told I was hard to deal with after all that. Absolute Ripoff Merchant!!! – Urgently needed some balustrade and spoke to Fence Guru on phone, then ordered and paid online. Then discovered that Fence Guru is NOT a fencing supplier - they are resellers!! They do not have "stores" as they boast, only their suppliers! later discovered the fence was pool fence, not balustrade. I returned the product to the OxWorks branch only 6km from my home, and OxWorks fully refunded Fence Guru their money. Absolutely disgusted when Fence Guru charged a flate 30% - almost $400 - as a "handling fee", when all they had to do is process the online order and send it to OxWorks. Really! Misunderstanding or mistake - they did NOT live up to their advertised promises, and would not even credit that money or part of it against other fencing! NEVER AGAIN. This company is not to be trusted.

Glass Pool Fencing – Thanks Guys - all the right gear and all the right advice made this a very easy job. Those edge mount spigots should be in your catalogue online - they did a brilliant job and look fantastic. I'm sure a lot of other customers would use them if they were easier to find online.

Can't speak highly enough – I live several hours away from the nearest warehouse. They delivered it to my nearest transport depot. Quick packaging and delivery, great business affordable and quality product. Checkout etc was great, text message updates on order was great just awesome all round
