Fantastic support – Our wooden patio railings fell down so I decided to construct a pool-type fence to replace it. After reviewing several alternatives I came across Fences Perth. Their prices were the best much cheaper than Bunnings and they had a commitment to price matching other retailers. Also, they had a good online planning and estimating system which suited an inexperienced fence builder such as myself. So I worked out what I wanted and paid online for an order. There turned out to be a problem as we are in an outer suburb of Perth and they said their delivery price of $89 does not go out that far. I pointed out that they had already contracted to deliver to my address and prepared for a fight. But there was no problem with their representative, Laura, who immediately agreed to deliver the materials for the quoted price. The order was being prepared when I realised that as the fence would be adjacent to a drop it had to be stronger. I contacted Laura and she changed the order for a relatively low increase in cost. The order was delivered 2 days later. I had quick responses to my emails, the price was good and the support was great.
