Fisher & Paykel Double DishDrawer Series 9 DD60D

Awful product – Dishwasher arrived with dented front door, coincidentally my neighbour brought the same one and theirs arrived with exactly the same dents. It took months for them to come and replace the doors. Then the bottom drawer won't drain, they have now come twice first time tried to say I had caused it by not rinsing my dishes properly, yet I has only used it twice! Still not fixed as say they are ordering another part. The dishes are wet despite being on heavy and extra dry, they said to wash on heavy to get it hot enough to dry. This is much worse than my old drawers that I had for 11 years and replaced when I renovated my kitchen. Wish I had read these reviews prior to upgrading. :(

Horrible customer service – Ordered the DD60D4NB9 on 4.1.24. It was installed on 9.1.24. Within 2 hrs there was a fault with the bottom drawer which was confirmed by the technician who came to install it the same day. The machine keeps beeping every minute and water flooding in the machine. Even the second drawer is faulty with the dishes not being washed. He said Fisher Paykel would replace it. But not once did the customer service call or email us as to what was the next course of action about replacing the machine. Even though I called them several times to remind and ask them when the new machine would arrive it seemed as there was no communication between the customer service people who were unaware of what the issue was. It has been so inconvenient for my family as we are so dependent on the machine. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
