I loved this dishwasher when it worked. For 8 months I would have encouraged everyone to buy this machine, it washed beautifully (I do not prewash), dried wonderfully (if you have the rinse aid in). Lovely features like the door automatically opening to assist drying and the delay. It can be connected which I never did but a nice feature. the adjustability of the wash settings and the ease of use are incredible. It fits so much, and the baskets are great, the adjustability of shelf heights and the ability to lay down the supports fitting EVERYTHING was so easy. Its reasonably quiet. For the price of the machine it has a lot of features. Unfortunately, we are not in a serviceable area so when it started faulting it could not be repaired and it will be refunded, and we will need to replace it, after waiting months to get the original machine I won't wait again. I am sad to see it go as I love this machine for the price I just wish it lasted longer. That said I live in NT with very hard water.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $997.

Too small and don't clean properly – I replaced a dishwasher that came with our house purchase thinking that it will be an upgrade. I seriously want to sell this dishwasher and get another one. The problem. - it's too small. I have normal size plates and they still hit the dishwasher spinner arm. I wish I had seen these reviews prior https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/fisher-paykel-dw60fc-series

My cheaper dishwasher was able to clean wine and champagne glasses, but not this one. They always came out dirty so I have given up. Several times, I had to re-wash dishes by hands. Most of all, the dishes come out wet even with rinse aid.

The photo will show you how wet the dishes come out if you choose not to use rinse aid. Again, my cheaper dishwasher never came out this wet.

Never again!
