disgraceful customer service, all the while not having use of our cooktop. We were originally told we'd get a new unit as it was a major fault however they chose to make us wait for the part to replace it. It took the service guy a couple of hours to repair. We've had another month of use and the same problem happened again!!!!! We have children and once again can't even cook dinner with a cooktop. Absolutely outraged, no manager will call us back and deal with us. They just evade our calls and tell us they'll call back and hope we'll go away. Quite disgusted, let down and completely inconvenienced. After spending top dollar on apparently a top of the range product, this is certainly not how we expected to be treated and we definitely didn't expect faults within the first couple of months. Will never purchase Fisher & Paykel again. We are currently trying to get our money back and want to buy something different entirely. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
