Extremely noisy even on the lowest setting. Not very good at capturing and extracting all the vapors from cooking. Buttons are difficult to operate. The single filter is too large to fit in the dishwasher for cleaning. Show details

Very disappointed – It is extremely noisy, I end up turning it off. The design look is good and it function well. They sent out a service man who found loose plastic pieces in the vent, once removed this made it slightly quieter, but still extremely quiet. When I bought it in-store it didn’t make that sound.

Noisy and doesn't extract – Great looking powerpack. However seems very inefficient in terms of removing smoke and smell. Noisy. Really disappointing. Last one I had was an old cheap Smeg and in retrospect it was way better. Show details

Does not work -avoid wasting your money – Got mine as part of a package from the builder. This thing is garbage. It does not take air out, all the smells are in the house, I checked ducting and nothing was wrong with installation, it's actually just a poor performance rangehood with a noisy motor. I had to pay for the call out fee because there was no fault. I thought for the amount of money I spent it should hold a piece of paper up!  Show details

Rubbish extraction, noisy – Bought this a little over a year ago installed 7months ago. Looks great but looks are deceiving. It’s noisy and the extraction is bordering on useless. Leaves steam and condensation all over the cabinets and underside of rangehood which in turn starts dripping into the food on the cooktop. We bought this after being told it is designed for induction cooktops but I fail to see how it would work with anything. Do not purchase!  Show details

light on and they make a very loud sound when in use, I was very suprized for the price you pay how loud it can be I would not purchase again, there are better on the market they do have LED lights and a filter you take out and stick in the dishwasher to clean

So much better!!! – I researched all the items for our new kitchen renovation - even the rangehood. This model had great reviews and good extraction power. We previously had a pull out rangehood and I was concerned I would not get the extraction i needed with this - I was pleasantly impressed with it once installed - it is so good. FANTASTIC!!!
