Definitely wouldn't recommend. When the machine is working its great but it had an error issue 3 years ago and we had to get it serviced. Yesterday another error issue and can't get it to work and washing is stuck in there. For an expensive machine I wouldn't expect 2 service calls. Purchased in 2018 so only 7 years old. Not going to get it serviced again as I'm sure this will keep happening. Show details
Gotta be a better product than this – A few years old. Cleans ok, never dry, even if extra dry cycle used and half load. Takes ages to complete cycle, be warned, the time remaining is not accurate. Then stopped working. New logic board……..new lotsa parts. Still washes doesn’t dry, loves springing error codes, despite 8 service visits. (Sunk cost effect). Pulled the plug. Would not recommend.
Gives Error code 105 often and when it comes I have to keep it unplugged for a month atleast – Probably the worst washing machine I have ever owned. I use the recommended amount of detergent, cleans the washing machine once every 4-6 months, and I still get error code 105. This seems to be a common issue with these types of washing machines from Fisher & Paykel. This code is not a simple fix, you have to call a technician to replace either… Read more
the display module or the motor control module or some other sensor or all three. Even then the issue will come back to haunt you again. I do not recommend anyone buying this.
Absolute garbage – Within 4 months of buying we needed a replacement dryer part and bearings went. Tech company terrible made appointments and never showed up after 6 months finally replaced with new washer. Told me if it happened again it was the fault of solar panels and they wouldn't replace it. Within 4 months of having the new one same issue.....so… Read more
frustrated just bought a top loader from Samsung will never purchase Fisher panel again.... they also need to review their service people in regional Vic.
Very fast, very quiet, very efficient Washing machine. No problems whatsoever – I use my washing machine once a week. Usually out on a big load with mixed colours and never have any problems with colours running. It also operates very quietly and has a good range of short and long cycles. Show details
Easy to use – I wash clothes twice a week, towels and table cloths twice a week, bedsheets and blankets once a week, dog stuff once a week and rugs once a week. This machine has a knob to help me pick the best and suitable temperature for my washing. Its water and electricity efficient, easy to clean, and the top part is a good place to store basins and laundry essentials. I've been using is since 2016 and I haven't encountered any issue yet. Great for apartments – Overall great combination washer/dryer. The combo washer/dryer feature is very handy if you're limited on space (such as in an apartment), also the dryer is a condenser model so it doesn't produce too much heat or humidity. Only issue is I do find clothes can be somewhat wrinkled after drying, but this seems to reduce if you run a lighter load. Show details
