Excellent – Provides a great fitness service for first timers through to experienced users. Has a range of free weights and high quality cardio equipment. Love the fact that its not crowded, and all the staff are always there when you need a hand. Clean modern equipment, staff who are full of useful information and always willing to offer assistance. Not very much - been happy for over two years.

Excellent – It is exceptional value for money, given the friendly and helpful nature of the entrepreneurial owner/operator who offers a range of gym products as well as kick boxing classes, judo classes and an on site masseuse. Easy parking, clean uncluttered friendly gym environment,owner operated, first class personal service from Steve and Amy who are always willing to offer help and advice. Maybe the fact that they don't open on Sundays for the true gym junkies!!
