I am happy with he finished product – I have done some work on the machine and I am comfortable with the operation. That's a lot for me as I have two meniscus tears on my left leg and a not so good knee replacement on my right . I do feel you need to review the instructions to put it together as we had to do some things we were not supposed to do to get it to fit. But I am happy with the machine Show details

Great treadmill – The site was good , easy to navigate. The only downside was that I had to email a few times trying to get an answer on how long the order would take. Elliptical Cross Trainer – Great machine. Affordable ✔️ Reliable ✔️ Fast delivery ✔️ Easy to put together (though my partner did all of that for me ) machine is actually not incredibly heavy so it can be easily moved if need be which has worked well for me. Choice of courier service is a let down – Ordering was easy, communication was good also. My order was sent out before the presale date which was great! The only downfall I had was the companies choice of courier service, I had a 3 week wait for my order. Do not buy from this company – This company tells the story that they are a small family business trying to do good. Yet in fact they are total rip offs. They charge exorbitant amounts for postage. Whilst you can get the same product for a lot less elsewhere whilst being charged normal postage.

perfectly compact for home use. It is easy to assemble and took me only 15 mins.

The bench does what it does commodiously and the preacher pad is thick and comfortable.

Surprisingly, the height of the chair can also be adjusted and this is really good for home use and the price I have paid for.

To sum up my review, Fitness At Home has earnt my support as a buyer.

Just avoid – Ordered a product that was stated as in stock, it wasn't actually in stock and I got an email the next day saying that it was now on pre-order. I got an automated email after 8 days saying that the product was awaiting arrival to their warehouse just as they continue to lie about not having tracking numbers, or proof of shipping and that I had to believe them. Just looking to take your money and avoid responsibility.

lost in transit. They still wanted to withhold Initial shipping: $17.78, return shipping: $17.78 and Restocking fee: $18.58, from my refund (the cost of the products included $30 delivery). They explained to me that it was also a loss on their end since the item was lost during transit, and courier would not pay them back. That’s why they were treating it as “change of mind”. I called PayPal and opened a case. The company called me straight away, first taking away initial shipping, then offering a new set (which they don’t have in stock), then asking me to close the case before giving me a refund. I refuse all things and said that PayPal will take their case to claims if we don’t reach a resolution. They sent the full refund by the end of the day, thanks to PayPal. This place is the dodgiest

Worse customer service ever. Lack of professionalism – I've bought a treadmill with a fault and had the case for nearly 2 months. They are worse with customer service as they will just try to waste your time and hope for you to just eventually give up. Worse experience ever.

Positive experience – Personally I had a good experience with these guys. I knew the product was delayed for 6 weeks due to COVID and was prepared for an extra day or two as a result. Communication during waiting period was good. Product turned up as described and so far seems to be working well. I didn’t need to ring or email so I can’t really comment on customer service. Avoid!! Fitness At Home – This is the most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced from a retailer. Almost 6 weeks ago I ordered a barbell set (after them first sending me the wrong order) I am STILL waiting for what I paid for. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they have ignored that.
