Achieve goals, get results – You are greeted by name as you walk through the door. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and they assist you with every workout. Just like they advertise, you are called and encouraged to make a booking if you have not attend the gym for a few days. I have trained there for 3 years now and have achieved far more than I ever dreamed… Read more

possible. Can't hide the wrinkles, but I am feeling 30 years younger. Fitness is a long term process. These guys understand where you are at and work they with you.

Don't waste your money – Over priced for old equipment. The personnel trainers are suppose to monitor customers during their workout, they don't, they have their favourites and talk to them leaving others unsupervisored. The only good location is Lyneham the rest are terrible, some of the trainers are rude, bullying and talk about other customers behind their back.

Fantastic support from highly skilled coaches – Flames tailored a program based on what was my fitness and needs following major surgery. They really do provide a personal trainer every time I go and ring me when I don't. My trainers are usually Brad or Eric. Both have gone out of their way to get to know me and my nuances and work out a way to get the best out of me. Very happy client.

Unable to cancel contract moving away – Flames doesn't allow you to cancel your contract. I signed up for 12 months. I have moved away from Canberra as I couldn't find a job in my industry. Staying in my current job was not an option as I was being harassesd and bullied. There is no option in the contract to cancel for this type is situation. I have met another lady at the gym in a… Read more

similar situation. I was not planning on moving away on purpose. The trainers are great, if Flames were here in Penrith I would go. There is no cancellation clause in the contract, for moving away from Canberra.

Great motivation, great support and just all around fantastic! – After having a baby in 2011 my body had certainly seen better days. I got back into my active lifestyle but my back and hips were in constant pain. I finally slipped a disc in my back at the beginning of 2012 and after enduring months of physio, repeated the injury. I then decided I needed to get serious about strengthening my self. I looked into… Read more

personal training and several of the larger gyms. I finally decided to go an try Flames. I have now been a member for 6 months. The training and support they provide has always been fantastic. I am always motivated to go to the gym, and when I have missed sessions, they have always called to check up on me. The plans have plenty of variety and have always focussed on strengthening parts of my body that have had problems. I have had no back pain for 6 weeks now, and my back is better than it was before I had a baby. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody who need the guidance and motivation to stick with gym membership. Great support and very knowledgable, open very early and late, always helpful with diet questions great trainers, very friendly Is expensive compared to a basic gym membership
