correction to details. Realised that was highly likely to have been a scam and contacted bank to have card details changed.

NEVER BUT FROM THIS COMPANY – Scam!!!Don’t buy from this company and don’t trust “[Name Removed]”, this guy is very rude and aggressive, lucky the money was reversed.

Fraudulent Site – Fraudulent Site. Do not make bookings through this site. If you have transferred money immediately contact your bank and also report the fraud to your local authorities.
Fraud – The website is an online shopping scam. I was sent to the site through the price comparison app Jetcost which I will never use again. I had no reason to believe my travel plans would not be available after booking and now I’m having to depute the transaction with my bank as no tickets were issued for the flights I paid for and no refund is being processed as this “flights Merchant” is a criminal front. Do not get ripped off.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY – Do not use this company. I lost $4500 for flights to Thailand. Let me lay out a timeline for you: They get you with their low prices You book - there is NO secure payment method you have to put your credit card details into their site, you’re so desperate for the cheap fair you risk it. with all of the flight details saying you will get your E-ticket within 48hours. You think great it’s legit.
- 24 hours later you get a very strange call from a “staff member” who is mumbling and can barely make any sense, asks if you are flexible with your dates because the return flight has been overbooked? You say no he says he will figure it out. The conversation is over. ????
- after the call you think that’s odd, start doing some research and realise they are a scam.
- you email multiple times to ask for your tickets and or money back. You get a dancing around the point reply from [Name Removed] who kindly reminds you they are non refundable. They completely ignore everything you said.
- you try to call them 6 times no answer.
My bank thank goodness cancelled the transaction and gave me my money back.
They try to claim that was them refunding you and ask what else you want help with???
It’s all just really strange and a well laid out scam. While you’re going back and forth and hoping you’ll get your tickets, they’re wasting your time while the other flights out there go up in price.
Some of their email reply’s come from the “team” Some come from a person. Who knows what is going on.
Whatever you do, don’t use this company.

US$, instead of 700. I told him I only want the ticket I´ve purchased at the price published. Then after making me hanging on the telephone many many minutes, and making me calling him from long distance calls, he finally abruptly ended the phone call. I now see all the comments here bellow and I am very concerned about the situation regarding this compagny. All the things that are told by others customers about the scare tactics this compagny is using like bullying, gaslighting, manipulation, followed by aggression or the silent treatment (WHILE ON THE PHONE!) are just the same nusty technics they have used in my case too ! I hope this company will change this way for a straight one. And I hope the supervisor will contact us to solve the issue they come up with, after they have my credit card already loaded !!

in for luggage. (We did booked in for carry on luggage). *Told we mustn't be very smart because we didn't know the terms and conditions of flying. *Told to calm down and have a glass of water. When I obviously got very agitated and said I did not want to wait 2-3 days for a resolution (the was was in 3 days) I was told by [Name Removed] "I am not God!"
Overall it was 3 phone calls and approx 2 hrs of back & forth. At one stage I was told someone from their customer service team would be in contact with me.. but not for at least another 3 hrs because they weren't at work. I asked if he could put what we have spoken about in an email, also confirming that customer service team would be in contact with me. He then flipped saying he wasn't authorised to send emails... BUT He sent the original email to contact him.
At one stage I told him I had to call him back. I googled the company and of course found so many negative reviews- with the same issue I was having! I called back and mentioned the reviews. I was told the bad reviews are customers who are just basically complaining because things didn't go their way.
I was lied to so many times and I pointed this out "[Name Removed]" was very aggressive or again would just go completely silent! I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I COULD NOT speak to him as he was a phone call. I told [Name Removed] I was happy to be on hold. [Name Removed] said he could not put me on hold because he was too busy!?
Eventually I was told the supervisor would call me back. I did not think I heard from them. "[Name Removed]" the supervisor called me back. He was pleasant. He issued a refund!
I think I was very lucky to have this outcome. My experience with the first caller was honestly disturbing. I hate to think of how many people they have scammed through this. Because I got a refund, I don't think I can report Flights Merchant to the ACCC (because my problem was resolved). But this company is horrible!
I would NOT recommend!!
FlightsMerchant SPAM be careful – SCAM, it is an extorsion extorsion, they ask extra money for luggage and they let you know that the tickets could be or not be available and you will know , it could be 24 hours before. Only after booking with them. We bought tickets from Australia to Italy, we needed to contact a lawyer and get involved the bank anti-fraud department. Do not buy ticket with them. Plus , of course, they never answer back to phone call or email.
Beware Flight Merchants!! – Avoid dealing with at all costs..bought ticket with no immediate confirmation like normal websites. Got call to say I needed to pay an extra $418 to receive eticket??? Why?? To cover baggage fare increase etc Was with Emirates that have allowed checked baggage?? My bad..hadnt read reviews all 1/5 and scam!! So gutted..had to buy another… Read more

Flight Merchant is Scam!! – Please DO NOT make payment on this website. We have paid for the family tickets and received a confirmation email with booking number etc, saying take 48 hours to send e-tickets. fortunately we tried to call their number which never have any one to answer, then we found this review and decided to call the bank. fortunately the money has not been paid so the bacnk stop it.
Scam company – Fake, scam. Be careful before you buy any airtickets. They are frauds. I bought tickets to India and paid $6700. They sent me a fake booking and I never got the tickets. They shamelessly called me to say my booking is in waiting and that I need to pay more money for confirmation. I was fortunate to get my money back from the bank after raising the dispute. T&C does not mention anything about it. Here’s what I found:
1) The company does not have a physical office and operates virtually in Australia. 2) Their terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 3) They do not have an Australian Business Number (ABN). 3) The address provided is 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, which is in the USA, not the UK. This raises questions about how their T&Cs are governed by UK law if their business address is in the USA.
Please be vigilant when dealing with this company. I acted fast to dispute the transaction with the bank.

However, the representative from this company stated that their terms and conditions differ from the airline's and that they operate according to their own rules. They do not send any e-tickets, only a booking confirmation. Their booking confirmation has no mention about reserved fair or baggage limits.
