Long term use with success – I've been taking 1 cap/day for some years & there has been a difference. (Very hard to assess when its your own brain you're working with!) However, now i have developed an all over body skin rash/itch - more I scratch, the worse it gets! I suspect it may be from Keen Mind. interested to know of any similar experiences but will be disappointed if I have to stop using it. This does work – I’m a skeptic but needed help with my memory so I thought I would give this a try. I didn’t expect immediate results but started to notice that I was sharper, my thinking clearer and my memory was better after about 4 weeks. simply dislike admin like completing forms. Guess what I now find it a breeze. I also notice I remember things much more. I also am able to be more disciplined and do tasks that involves thinking much better. Normally at 3.30pm Im brain tired, but using Keenmind for the past few days I am alert even until the eve. Thus, I bought another box yesterday. Thank you Keenmind. A worth while investment

Save your money – I am 65 and my memory could use some help. I have taken Keenmind as directed for 3 months. I haven't noticed any change in my memory or concentration. I didn't notice any changes, positive or negative. Perhaps I need a higher dose but the cost of this item is prohibitive so I have discontinued its use. Show details

Keen mind – Keen Mind works over a period of time, improvements are stronger from 8 weeks on wards, people who are expecting gains on 4 weeks will not. And hence the longer you take this product the better improvement.

Affair about a herbal product that claimed to be able to improve memory. The active ingredient - a herb called Bacopa monnieri (2.16 grams), also known as Brahmi - apparently known in Indian medicine to assist memory, concentration and learning retention.

There had been a rush on the product after the TV story, but I was fortunate to be able to get the last pack in a nearby Chemist Warehouse store. The pack is 60 capsules, with a once-daily dose of two capsules, equating to one month's supply.

I have now tried the product for a month - and not noticed ANY improvement at all. In fact just 3 days back, I set a timer to remind myself to complete a minor task one hour forward - but when that timer went off, I was not able to recall what that task was?

My sister was not able to get Keen Mind, because of the rush that the TV show had caused - but did get an alternative made by Caruso = Mega Memory. This product has the equivalent of just over double the amount of Bacopa - as well as Ginkgo Biloba (6 grams), in a once daily dose - so the dose is higher and the pack lasts for two months compared to Keen Mind's one month. It is, therefore, more cost-effective per daily dose - to boot.

After my one month trial of Keen Mind - I am disappointed, to say the least, the claims made on the packaging are quite firm - e.g. it is Clinically Proven and more.

I have now switched to Caruso's Mega Memory - and will test that product for the next 60 days - hopefully, it WILL work, with its higher dose and longer time period.
