Utterly pathetic!
For such a limited range, you'd be surprised to discover they keep almost no stock actually in Australia. After replacing 1 of 5 items due to discontinuance (why keep them on your website then?), I was advised I would be waiting up to a MONTH for remaining 3 of 5 of the items to be 'found' in stock. Considering I could've ordered internationally and waited half that time for shipping I'm not sure why it should take so long to get back to me, but utterly unimpressive regardless.

Read moree at worst; throughout our numerous exchanges, my considerately worded emails were met time and time again with nothing more than a word or two, or code number for items. Not an apology in sight, in fact, the person didn't even have an email signature. For a company that supposedly prides itself on being "insistent about providing their customers with what they want, when they want it and in a manner that exceeds expectations", the only thing I felt they were insistent about was that I hurry up and get out of their faces now they had my cash! Would not recommend to anyone, anywhere, anytime, unless I really disliked them and just wanted to see them suffer. Decent items, good price No stock kept in the country, unclear policies, APPALLING customer service

Absolutely love this site! I went on searching for affordable, and appealing plus sized lingerie. I was amazed at the variety of corsets, babydolls and stocking available for us bigger ladies. Free shipping for orders over $100, which is easy to add up if you buy a corset, the mini skirt and stockings. Customer service was great, sent an inquire about my order status and got a reply in 10 mins. Quick delivery, really cant fault them.
