We bought this Franke Rolux TA 7031 in 2015 for our new house kitchen. However, the aerator plastic filter broken in pieces, 2 years ago. We could not find the replacement parts. We bought the whole new spray head. the plastic part is start breaking off. Look like this product quality is worst then the cheap product we bought from Bunning

The perfect tap until – The Franke Rolux purchased 2014 for $800 (Retail $1000+) was the perfect complement to my sink until the filter inserts fell out. The top fixed filter cover had cracked and the internal filters fallen out, the water flow was scatty and flowed drastically hard. My experience with the customer service team at Franke ended with a positive outcome. When we pay top dollar for quality goods, we expect them to last forever. I may have been lucky that components for my mixer were still available. A shoutout to lovely Louisa, who replied promptly and I was able to deal with her solely until the issue was resolved. Great outcome. Thank you :)

not built to last – purchased in 2016 for $800. cracked last year - then the rubber covering the switches completely came off - this has only had light domestic use. I expect an expensive kitchen tap to last a lot longer. as previous reviewers stated, the rubbish warranty only covers the cartridge. Avoid!

Pullout tap's Aerator is too fragile. (Don't think I can justify yet another replacement.) – Almost the same circumstances as elaborated by James K occurred to us. Franke representative stands by the misleading "15 year" Manufacturer warranty claim (which, when push comes to shove, only really covers the cartridge!!). Stay clear - you've been warned.

Franke Tap TA7031 – This Franke tap is stylish and functional. However, i have concerns about its durability. My first tap was purchased in 2013. The hand piece/spout broke down after 4 yrs. It was replaced on warranty. The replacement also broke down after 2 yr. This time the distributor denied the warranty even though the replacement hand piece was only 2 yrs old. This was because they worked out the warranty from the original item. The second replacement is costing me AUD160.
