I have been drinking this water forever but last few weeks at least 7 bottles lids can't be opened and ended up in the waste. Frantelle should give me refunds money back. Show details

Too hard to open for us oldies – Not bad to drink, but the effort needed to undo the top, is not worth it
Shocking – Me and 3 of my 4 children are unwell after drinking Fantelle traveller bottled water in the evening before bed. We had the worst night trying to sleep feeling sick from this contaminated bottled water. My son who didn't drink it, was & is fine. I got a refund on the 2 packs I purchased from Woolworths. Today I called Asahi the company that… Read more
produces this contaminated Australian water. I provided my details & the health issue their water has caused my family. I pray we recover from the effects of this fantelle water. We still feel strange. I warn the public, Don't risk your health by consuming the Asahi beverages. I will never trust the Asahi brand again.
Brown Tinge – Bottle has a brown tinge on top and bottom of Show details
Great tasting, non salty tasting water – As a tap water, water snob, I have tried many different brands of bottled water. The one brand I keep going back to is the Frantelle. It doesn’t have the salty (high sodium taste) other brands have. It doesn’t taste metallic. I do find the odd bottle lid hard to remove. But what’s with the new way of packaging….. the 24 packs no longer stack nicely on top of each other because they seem to be packed askew. Show details

Love, love, love taste of this water, hate hate hate the plastic polluting our world, environment & – This is the cheapest & best tasting bottled water in Adelaide! And the only one I can drink on a regular basis especially when suffering from migraines! But that's also the problem!!!!! This would be a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐star review if not for the plastic! C'mon on frantelle how about doing the right thing & substituting some plastic 4 casks & carboard,… Read more
please?
About time You Guy's got your stuff together & stop making us pollute the environment with tonnes of plastic bottles!!!
This factory could quite easily be converted to also producing large amounts of water in casks like so many other spring water companies doing the right thing.
You can keep bottled water too, but 4 those of us who buy drinking water in bulk, it's a tragedy!
It's time to do the right thing by the PEOPLE, the environment, flora & fauna, our waterways & river / sea life including the birds!!!
I try to do the right thing I recycle all my bottles but now China / Japan's not taking our excess plastic waste will the recycle plants do the right thing?
Plastic is already being burnt creating more problems for everybody, every animal, every tree & plant and the waterways, Not too mention our planet & future generations!!!
Please do the right thing frantelle, convert!
@danny121 – "white powder" would have been calcium carbonate/chloride and a few other essential minerals. You know, those things that we need to build bones, contract muscles, maintain heart rhythm and many other essential biological activities that I'm confident you would like to maintain. I cannot comprehend how you could possibly think sodium fluoride… Read more
would 'calcify' your pineal gland since chemically is has no calcium. Perhaps a long term overdosage of it may cause a precipitation of calcium onto many tissues throughout your body, but you'd need to eat a few tubes of toothpaste a day (yummo). So maybe it's calcium that is the culprit? Perhaps you can arrange a double-blinded placebo-controlled study analysing calcification of pineal glands and dietary calcium intake (placebos are easy to get- you can purchase them from any homeopath). I can only assume that your belief that fluoride lowers IQ is based primarily upon 'alternative medicine journals'. Have you gone to see an 'alternative dentist' lately? It appears to me that the corollary between IQ and fluoride use is more likely a congruent relationship as tooth decay is more prevalent in the lower socio-economic group (note- relationship denotes a propensity - not a definitive result - there are many people out there with good education and social standing that are unlucky enough to suffer from tooth decay and vice-versa). And where did you get the rat poison misconception from? Your 'alternative therapist', who went to an 'alternative university' and learnt 'alternative chemistry'? Alternative medicine has its place, and it is no where NEAR commenting on established sciences. Rat poison is usually comprised of coumarins (not found in spring water unless you don't have a good relationship with your wife). This category of compounds give the rat an overdose of a blood thinning medication not unlike warfarin and cause it to die of internal bleeding. If fluoride compounds were ever used as rat poison, it was quite a while ago. Fluoride based pesticides are sometimes used in cockroach baits and these are generally quite unlike the sodium fluoride used in fluoridation of municipal water supplies.
Danny121, check your facts a little more closely before making outrageous comments, it might be a little less embarrassing for you next time.
BTW: did you consider the environment (greenhouse gas emissions) whilst needlessly boiling off a pot of spring water?
As for frantelle, it is a nice tasting, soft water. Good product and there is no reason to doubt it.
Excellent – love the taste. no bad after taste whether it be from the pipes behind the tap or added chemicals. been drinking frantelle water in the bulk pack as well as buying the other sizes for convenience, for the last 10.5 years. tried others, but always came back to frantelle, nothing compares. i decided to come to this site specifically to say thank… Read more
you for the changing of the tap on the bulk pack. best move ever. the older style of push knob, has become a bit of a challenge for my arthritic hands. was thinking of contacting frantelle myself and asking whether they would be changing the way the water is dispensed in the near future to cater for ppl with similar problems, and then i bought my recent bulk frantelle pack and there it was the new tap. made me very happy. easy to use.
great work frantelle.
now we just need castors on the bulk pack . lol :) just kidding. tasty no residual taste
stackable
now!! a tap
convenient bulk pack used to be the old push knob for dispensing water, not anymore

Years of drinking pleasure – Been drinking this for years and tried to Google whether bottles could be frozen. Instead I find harsh comments about water and cap! Quality's excellent and bottles are easy to open. Full stop!
Negative reviews
Impossible to Open – Why are the caps so hard to turn? From my 24 pack I could not remove any lids and the flimsy plastic crushes from the pressure. A stab in the neck with a sharp knife works! Show details
All bottled watered is sourced from places that feed rainforests – This and other water is sourced from sacred water springs which feed and water the forest floors so trees and wildlife may live and drilling water is killing our rainforests ~ Change businesses you are destroying the planet ~ Show details
Way too hard to open bottle – Every single time it takes up to half a minute just to get the lid off a bottle, and I have strong wrists. Some days I can’t open them. Show details

Impossible to Open – Just way too HARD to open the bottles! There isn't enough height on the bottle tops to get a good grip. Have advised the company of this before, but after sending them in an example bottle, their response was that it was an "acceptable difficulty level" and ignored the feedback. Show details

Taste and smells odd – Put a bottle in the freezer, just took it out and opened it. Well it stinks, closest I could compare it too is the smell of millipedes… yuk. Wish I had smelt it before I had a sip, it tasted odd so I had a whiff and almost was sick! Show details
How to open!!!!! – These bottle are impossible to open without tools. We grabbed two of the travel packs. No child can open them. No adult could. We tried a wrench. In the end we cut them open!!!! Who designed the lids? Show details

Caps just do not open! – Travelling as group of 4 friends and we bought 24*600ml carton. The Caps were so difficult to open and we had to use a towel to wrap around the cap of half of the bottles. The other half of the bottles we couldn't even open with a towel. We go to gym and we are strong adults, yet none of us could open some of the bottles. In the end we had to cut… Read more
the bottles open with a knife. Very user-UNfriendly design and very frustrating in the middle of travel. Will never purchase again.
I keep going back to Frantelles The Traveller bottled "spring"water – I'd like to know if it is real spring water or not... but the nitty gritty of this is for value and taste, I keep going back to Frantelle's The Traveller... today I picked up a 24 bottle pack from Coles for $5. It was on special. :) But even when it is not on special it seems to taste better than most - you get value for money and its better than the water that comes out of my tap. Show details
