Lounge suit looks great and is comfortable how ever almost immediately the cushions started sagging and lose shape, despite customer care saying that Plumping is required as maintenance. Does not meet consumer guarantee act. "Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the product must be of acceptable quality and durable. In this case, the cushions are not maintaining their shape or support for a reasonable period, and therefore do not meet those guarantees." we will fight this

I have had many written conversations including photos before and after "Plumping" with your warranty team, the issue started within 1 month of purchase, there answer is they need to be plumped and fluffed, tried that, clearly the design of the infill is not sufficient. Freedom they can no longer help, we will be following up through other options available to ourselves within the Consumer guarantee act. To me the cushions need a better infill and perhaps more of it.

Purchased Nov 25. Informed team Feb 26. Correspondence came to an end today with freedom saying it’s normal and not accepting it as a fault. We are processing this onto disputes tribunal as a claim against the consumers guarantee act.

Freedom ticket NZ #(1450816), supposed to have been reviewed. The cushions just need some more structure so they return back to there original or similar shape, I'm sure the leather makes it look worse, If I took them to a quality furniture maker I'm sure they would refill the cushions with a product that doesn't collapse, Thats what I expect and wish Freedom to do We spent a lot of money on these. At this stage we are going to log it with the Disputes tribunal who I believe will judge in our favour, but did leave the door open for Freedom to reconsider however nothing coming.

Excellent service and sofa bed. Delivered early and professionally with all packaging taken away. This is our 4th freedom lounge over the last 17 years, and it has certainly delivered in style and comfort so far.
