I really appreciate they work done by friendly home improvements .I highly recommend them if you want a great price and great work to be done i am really satisfacted by the job done they done my deck lawan steping stone tables of merbu and bamboo fencing at great price .

Friendly home improvement had done our job few weeks ago in deanside they did put timber fencing gate ,fake turf for back and front exposed aggregated for driveway , plain concerting for sides . They did an amazing job price is so good they finished work before the due date . It’s 7 stars services sunny was so good all the way very processional.

We have work done from friendly home improvement recently .they are fantastic so far .sunny gave us a quote on time he gave us pretty good price as compared to others . They back yard front yard fencing and concerting for drive way and sides of the house they did also side gate for us they had finished the project on time quality of work is stunning if you want no headache please get your job done through friendly home improvement .

They did our landscaping fencing concerting they finished the work top notch they are very experienced they did a great job we are very happy with there work please take them your future project highly recommended.

Beware, He is a thief. Took landscaping advance and did not do work. Took advance payment for concrete and did a horrible job. Have used fake addresses in ABN and insurance documents. Even Sherif’s office is not able to locate him to recovery VCAT determined dues. God will never forgive him for cheating misdeeds.
Will Scam you for money, won't return calls, won't complete the job – I was referred to this guy by my agent Nest&Co in Wollert. This Guy Sunny is highly unreliable. He will ask money in advance and will not complete the work. He just left without doing my front yard. Stay away from this business.
Excellent service at a reasonable price for concreting, fencing and landscaping – Friendly Home Improvement has completed concreting, fencing and landscaping work at my investment property in Kalkallo, Vic 3064. I have checked quotations from other companies. The quote from Friendly Home Improvement was competitive. I went ahead with them and they have completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. Poor customer service!! Bad workmaship – They did my concrete in September 2021, now in Feb still they havent done the seal, they keep lying that they are coming to finish it. The fencing they did for us is poor quality, already popping in places and the gate not closing. work. lucky we didnt pay the full invoice yet, only $350 outstanding and we told him we will pay when they finish otherwise he would not come back. The amount of work that needs to be done however requires more that that hence he does not make an effort to come fix. Do not pay until all work is done
