Come on winter – Have just had a Fujitsu installed 6 days ago and guess what? It does not work as the internal unit has a coil leak. They do not test these units before install or in the factory we were advised. Been waiting 6 days for Fujitsu to even contact us when they are coming to replace rhe indoor unit. backup service, were we misled? The installer is not allowed to do anything further as Fujitsu have to attend to assess.
