Fairly good product BUT – I've enjoyed this product for myself. I can't tell how 'natural" it is because the print is too small for me. I also can't tell if they use palm oil, a cheap oil used in most products like this. I do my best to NOT use palm oil based products because other countries are ripping down natural rainforests & have created a monoculture which means… Read more

Orangotans are orphaned , killed or starved. And the WASTE!! Ive used a funnel to try to use up the stuff the pump can't get to but that didn't work. Ive tried adding a bit of hot water, particularly in my Queensland winter but no. I end up having to toss out about 20%. I call that disgraceful.

Love this mild moisturiser for my baby and me – Lightweight and a little goes a long way. Gentle ingredients and I even use it for myself after a shower as well as bubs. Great in winter when her skin is a bit more dry. Love that it’s aussie made too. Show details ·  1

No Good! Secret Exfloiator – I thought my baby cried because he didn't like bed time. Turns out it's this moisturiser which contains lactic acid which is an exfoliant. What baby needs that? It has made my baby's skin flakey over time and I feel awful for not realising it was from this product sooner (was using this to try and reduce it the whole time thinking he had eczema!) Show details

Not sure if it was just me, but my first impression was far from good – I signed up for a subscription plan with GAIA Singapore, which allows for free shipping. But when I made my first order to try it out, I was told they had unilaterally ceased that subscription with no prior email / communication to me on this at all. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency on their end, hence I asked them to refund my points… Read more

and was surprised by another act of non-transparency. Apparently, my points were not expired yesterday due to other "technical glitch" and they magically expire now.

Great product – Amazing product that leaves skin feeling sensational. Subtle fragrance that leaves baby smelling fresh and clean. Works great in dry skin. Pump pack makes it easy to dispense whilst massaging baby. Show details

Best baby toiletry range ever – We discovered Gaia when our son was a baby and was getting terrible rash from other products. I love that they are all natural, paraben/SLS free and gentle on skin. We have used this range for the last 3 years and will use it on our twins due in 2 weeks time. Natural, smells like a beauty salon - amazing, cost effective.

Had to buy another to use on myself! – I had a few recommendations for this cream from friends, and finally decided to pick some up for my daughter. We hadn't used many creams on her previously as she was quite sensitive, however this cream is wonderful on her skin. I use it under her chin because she has pretty awful dribble rash, and also on her back and tummy which have some dry… Read more

patches. The other thing I use it for is to clean her hands after meals - a small squirt, rub her hands together then wipe with a washer. It stops her hands drying out.

The smell is subtle but really nice, and I have also been using it on my own (sensitive) skin, which is now soft and smooth as a baby's ..., well... you know! I haven't found many scented creams which haven't made me itch or given me a rash, so I'm impressed.

It's $9ish for a small bottle, which compared to some of the hypo-allergenic stuff you can buy in larger bottles (QV for example) is a tad expensive, but it is a beautiful cream and worth it for something that smells pretty. The scent is beautiful, very gentle. A little bit expensive, only comes in small bottles.

Stung my baby – I bought the lavender scent for my baby to think it'll help with bedtime. After a bath, I used this product and my baby cried hysterically within seconds of applying this cream. Will never use it again. They really need to consider what is causing the stinging on babies.

Unfortunately not for my baby – I was given this product from my best friend in a baby hamper she made up. From her own experience, she said it was the best product for her daughter when she was a baby. Unfortunately this was not the case for me. After using it 3 times, my daughter started to get flakey/dry/irritated skin which I figured couldn’t be from these products (also… Read more

using body wash and shampoo) but then after reading the ingredients, I couldn’t believe that it has lactic acid in it considering that it is an exfoliator ingredient! What newborn baby requires lactic acid on their skin? I immediately stopped using it (along with other Gaia products) and it has taken a while to go back to normal. Now using another product WITHOUT lactic acid which has helped improve it. For a baby that had extremely good newborn skin, this product assisted in making it the complete opposite very quickly.

Left a horrible rash. Awful – We used this product for the first time on our 5 week olds face, as it says it's safe to on the bottle, after his bath last night. He has woken up with a rash all over his face, one of his eye lids is so swollen he can hardly open it. Will definitely be warning my friends not to use this product. So upsetting

Terrible...Caused 5 month old baby to scream uncontrollably within seconds of putting it on – As I had run out of the usual products I use on the baby, I decided to use one of the Gaia baby moisturizer samples I got as part of my bounty bag. Tried it on baby for first time after a bath of water alone. 2 seconds after I applied it on her skin, she started to cry uncontrollably. Immediately rewashed the baby to remove this harsh cream and… Read more

she was better. Will not be trying the other Gaia samples on the baby. In future will stick to qv baby bath oil and aveeno dermexa. I hope I have not damaged my baby's skin. Should have known better than to apply something with such a strong smell. Lesson learned, natural does not mean not harsh.

Terrible on sensitive skin – I used this on my baby's face and she screamed. I tried it on my face and it stung! Not recommended. Especially if your baby is prone to eczema, this product will most likely make it worse. The fragrance is too strong. I will not be taking another risk on my baby and use any other Gaia product.

Odd smelling product – I received this as a gift when my son was born. I don't really like it and probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It has an odd, fake perfumed scent and feels very greasy and sticky on your hands once you have rubbed it into the baby's skin. I don't like smell that is left behind. Will never buy this. Odd smell, greasy and sticky

Too heavily perfumed for a baby lotion – I purchased a bottle of this moisturiser for my 6 month old after a alternative-remedies friend of mine recommended it to me. Along with this I also purchased a bottle of the baby shampoo and a bottle of the talc-free powder. Admittedly, because of my friend's recommendation, I didn't even open the bottles to smell the product when I bought them.… Read more

I was utterly disappointed then, when I opened them, to find that they were heavily perfumed - at least to me. I actually can't understand why you would perfume a baby product - wouldn't you prefer to smell the natural scent of your baby? Of the three products I bought of Gaia, the only one which didn't have a heavy perfume was the talc-free powder. For the price (almost 10 dollars a product), I did not think they were worth it. I was extremely impressed, however, that the products are not tested on animals nor contain animal products. Cruelty free Too heavily perfumed, ordinary price

Fantastic moisturiser – I always disliked moisturising creams for bubs as they're generally so greasy. This one is not and it smells so good! I love giving my daughter a lovely massage with this cream after her bath. It's gentle on her dry skin and helps keep it lovely and soft. We live in a cold climate which can be quite harsh on skin but this cream helps a lot. I… Read more

also love that it's all natural. Easily absorbed by the skin, great smell, doesn't irritate sensitive dry skin

Brilliant baby product!! – We use this moisturiser for our baby girl after each bath and it is such a fantastic product!! She already has beautiful skin and I think this product really helps maintain it for her because it is so gentle and hyrdating, but not too thick and it asborbs very easily. It has a subtle, natural fragrance and contains organic ingredients. It is so… Read more

gentle and effective and you only need to use it sparingly, as this product really goes far. :) Gaia is a superior brand and we have not used anything else because the results are just amazing. Environmentally friendly, good quality product and not too expensive.

Our baby has gorgeous skin! – We received our first bottle of this as a baby gift - our baby daughter now 10 weeks old has beautiful skin, everyone has commented about it. The moisteriser is well priced, good consistency - not oily like some & leaves her skin feeling really hydrated. She had dry legs at about week 3 & applying this to her body cleared it up well. The best baby moisturiser on the market!!! – I love the smell and feel of this product. Whenever we use it my daughter always smells great. It is a little intoxicating, always wanting to smell her. Great smell Can oxidise - need to check product before purchase.

Excellent – I have been buying this for my kids for ages and started using it on myself as well as its cheaper than most of the natural moisturisers for adults. I absolutely love the smell of Gaia's products, the lavender in it is soothing for kids and great to put on them just before bedtime. My kids love it and ask for it every night after their shower. … Read more

This is something I always have on hand. This is an all natural moisturiser that absorbs quickly and really moisturises well without feeling greasy. The price is really good for a natural moisturiser as well.

Excellent – I really enjoy using this product on my son and on myself. I use it all over - even on faces :-) and found that it was particularly gentle on easily irritated - or already irritated skin. Good – Gaia has a nice range of products that you know are designed for babies with sensitive skin. I like the products for skincare and the moisturiser does the job it says. Excellent – This is a beautiful moisturiser and smells divine. This is my favourite Gaia product by far and it leaves my bub's skin soft and smelling wonderful. Would highly recommend. Natural ingredients, works well, smells beautiful. Nothing - the price is marginally more expensive than other brands but not prohibitively so.

Excellent – This is a great smooth moisturiser to treat any dry, irritated skin. It applies easy and you can get the travelling size to use anywhere, anytime. I love that it has a lavendar smell, love lavendar. All gaia products are great and do what they are suppose to. This is great to treat dry, red or just irritated skin. Love the smell of the Gaia products.

Excellent – Fantastic product. Leaves skin so smooth, and beautiful smelling. No harsh chemicals like most moisturisers. Good – A good moisturiser - seems to work well on our little one with no negative affects, moisurises well - doesn't aggrevate eczema. Rubs on well, not to thick of sticky, has a pleasant smell. Although it is a little pricey it does go a long way. It also does have a lot less synthetic ingredients than many other baby products on the market. I like the… Read more

naturalness of the Gaia range (although they do use harsh synthetic preservatives). The Gaia range of products look good, and this cream looks, smells and feels good. the packaging it is really difficult to get the cream out of the bottle - this is really frustrating. I often tip it into my own softer pump bottle - makes for easier use and distribution. A little expensive.

Excellent – Would love everyone to try it, it is a little bit expensive than normal johnson's ones but it is worth it. Good – I just love this moisturiser! It smells great and it smoothes onto our baby's skin so easily. Another reviewer said a little goes a long way, and I completely agree. reacted to another organic moisturiser. Lovely smell, super smooth on baby's skin, doesn't irritate or dry out skin, pretty easy to find, organic ingredients, Australian product. The price (but I'm a cheapskate). Also a little fiddly to use when you have one hand on the baby.

Excellent – A fantastic product and if you put a lot on you can massage baby with it as well. I am a fan if the Gaia baby range and have bought this product for friends as well. Its a lovely smelling moisturiser and easy to find. It lasts a long time and baby loves it. The cap can sometimes be sharp to open with one hand if you are holding baby on the table with the other.

Excellent – I swtiched to this Moisturiser after finding that the products I was using were drying my baby's skins out. My baby's dry patches completely cleared up after only two applications of this moisturiser. Organic ingredients slightly more expensive than mainstream brands

Good – I love this as a body lotion for bubs but found it a little too strong for facial use. OK – It's quite gentle and non-drying for my sensitive skin, light smell. Even though it's a natural product, lavender can be a skin irritant (some people are allergic to it).
