Customer satisfaction is of no interest to them – I bought their Garnier Ola 10.1 Permanent Hair Colour product, which did not work for me at all!. I tried to contact them several times on their website, via contact form. Never received any response from them. It seems that customer satisfaction is of no interest to them!
