recommend it if you’re realistic about what you expect, and read the instructions. I covered my head with gladwrap while I waited the 30 minutes processing to keep it warm. Definitely recommend this product.

Makes U Have Orange Hair – I used this and then my hair went orange and my mum got really mad. Don't use this it doesn't work unless you want ranga hair. Ur welcome hun don't buy it.

Love it! – I love this product! Isfter many years colouring my hair to blonde this is the only hair colour that gets my hair light enough with using a lightner. Leaves my hair in good condition all one colour and no blue!

2nd time and same crap! Don't buy unless you want orange and blue hair! – 1st time i coloured my mum's hair; her hair went blue. The 'lemon and conditioner left for an hour' trick worked to remove the blue. 2nd timeround we tried it again, giving garnier the benefit of the doubt and we didn't use the toner- her hair went blue and orange again!! We have used swarzkopf nordic 10.1 to fix up the damage and will stay with it.. Garnier you have lost a customer for life!!

Rubbish do not use – If you want blue hair, Dry hair. Dull hair use it. This product is rubbish & should be taken off the shelves. Will never use any of their products again.

Terrible turned my hair light orange and blue – This is not the same as the box claims! My hair didn't go much lighter it went orange and the conditioner turned it blue! I want refund plus cost to have fixed! Awful

Disappointed in the "new" formula – I have used the Garnier 111+ ultra light ash blonde, many times previously,which is marketed in other countries as "white chocolate" and loved how it turned out. different made up. This new formula left my regrowth at a gross ginger stage and refused to lift it any further. So now i have a light ginger regrowth area with blonde long hair. Looks hideous. Do not risk it! Garnier, get the old formulas back, i wont be buying this new one again & have a brand new box left that ill be chucking out.

Never did what the box said it would do – The package claims to lighten up to 4.5 times without the need to pre lighten. End results are no where near it, and completely different to the picture examples on the side of the packet. I used it on my regrowth. It is now dark gold red instead of the intended Blonde. Disaster, Never using this product again.

Makes me Blue as well as my hair!!! – Dyed my hair with Garnier Nutriss light blonde shade and my hair went blue,just in time for some formal pictures for my daughter's graduation. A month later I used Garnier 111+ .I tried to keep this on the roots only, but unfortunately my hair went blue again. The good news is that you can get rid of the blue by using lemon juice and conditioner 3:1 leave on for an hour or 2. Wish I'd known before the grad piccys. Never use this brand again.

Blue disaster. Never use again – I used truly blonde 111 and The new conditioner turned my hair blue!! I've used Garnier Nutrisse for many years with great results but after this disaster I will change brands.

A disaster, I now look like a Smurf!! – I always use 100 Blonde too , but the new product promised even more lightening 111+ The product didn't seem to be doing too much but I waited the correct time then used the "anti-yellowing" conditioner. My hair turned BLUE , and after 3 washes in quick succession, it is still Blue. Will never use the new Garnier Nutrisse again
