Dreadful Product – Absolutely dreadful, this dye is very hard to mix and to use, extremely thick and sticky. After 40 minutes this chocolate color is red at the roots. there is something seriously wrong with this product, do not use it, terrible results. Show details

Formula changed and for the worse !!!! – Having used nutrisse no 5 in chocolate for years , I have noticed that the last few applications, that the formula has changed , the crème is now much more thicker and very hard to squeeze it out of the bottle , and now very hard to apply and get an even coverage , also the colour is not as rich as it use to be and leaves an orange tinge instead… Read more

of the rich chocolate brown colour . Why you have to change a product that already does a good job I will never no . I will now not use this product again and will be changing to a different brand because of this .

Left sticky residue that irritates skin – This dye left my hair looking unnaturally shiny & feeling very sticky like it was coated in wax. The sticky residue also irritated my skin and gave me a rash & the colour turned much darker than expected Show details

It doesn’t last long – I changed my hair colour to a blonde colour. When my blonde hair faded out and I did not like it anymore. Then I bought Garnier Nutrisse Creme 5 Chocolate. I did it myself. It was my first impression. One month later, it faded out till I could see my blonde hair again!! However, it doesn’t smell strong and doesn’t damage your hair. Show details

does not cover grey hair – I used this product for the first time,the first few days my hair was really shiny and the colour was really nice but after the first wash the greys where back and after 3 washes it looks like i never even coloured my hair,the colour didn't stain my skin it was easy to use but not worth the trouble for only 2 weeks at best. Show details

Is this a new formula – I have been using the brown hair colour for years to hide my greys and it's usually fab. I have just used one that was like water. It's ran everywhere. And was dripping. My hair doesn't feel good, and it hasn't coloured nowhere as good as normal. It even looks slightly orange. Is this a new formula?

Disappointing – Saw the product advertised on TV and it was on sale at woolworths the following week - 50% off. I normally use Loreal hair colourants. I expected the product to cover my grey regrowth which was approximately half an inch. After shampooing I found that the grey was still there.
