Awful NEW formula – Awful. Have used this hair colour for years.. What have they done to it ? The first time I used this NEW formula I thought it had gone bad. It is SO thick it's practically unusable.Very, very difficult to mix evenly. The colour was not the same either as I only touch up my grey roots it is very noticeable. Will never use this again I'm changing to a different brand . Why oh why did you change it and who is responsible? Show details

Horrible new formula – I have used this product and colour for many years. Now the formula has changed and has an orange tone that does not cover roots well at all. Product is also much too thick now and one application does not cover my medium length hair. Very disappointing. Show details

B A D! DO NOT BUY – I did everything asked on the packet. I’d previously used another product for dark blonde but it was not quite “warm” enough. The Garnier Almond Crème looked really nice on the packaging. Alas, my hair is now BLACK, And in terrible condition…dry and porous. I am ever so disappointed and don’t want to go out. Now have to spend a fortune to get it all fixed up again. Not happy, Jan. Show details

Instruction sheet treats us like young children – I am quite happy with the product and the colour that I use. My gripe is with the ridiculous instruction sheet which treats me as though I am a young child. For example, instead of saying (directly), "Unscrew the cap from the applicator bottle," it says, "I unscrew the cap from the applicator bottle." All instructions are the same. It just goes on… Read more

and on. It makes me think of the way one talks to a toddler: "Now, what are we going to do next? That's right! We are going to wash our hands. Very good." Direct instructions are fine for adults. Please change to direct instructions, instead of using this infantile drivel.

Complete false advertising!! – I had soft light blonde hair and just wanted to tone it down a little, the results this product gave me wasn't even a hair colour!! Garner read these reviews and must laugh up a lung. I have ugly dusty brown/blue hair now. I will need to strip it but I can feel my hair is seriously damaged !! The only good reviews are by people who work for the… Read more

company. I'll be glad to see this Garnier company die with the rest of the scammers, how dare people endorse this trash.

Excellent – I have used Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing Permanent Hair Colour Almond Creme 7 for many years and have always been delighted both with the quality of the product and the results. However I have, for the first time, today I opened the box and discovered that the gloves and the Colour Nourishing Conditioner were both missing. Not having a spare pack I… Read more

was forced to use another conditioner and unfortunately the results were not as good as I have come to expect from this product.Obviously I am extremely disappointed. Perhaps more secure packaging would be beneficial. as per below as per below
