Gasland 26 L Instant Continuous Flow LPG Gas Hot Water System

Very unreliable heater – Purchased this privately in “as new” condition as indeed it was, installed it and it ran seemingly great, it wasn’t until a few weeks later that a guest in our house said they we’re having a shower and the water went cold 10-15 seconds after they got in the shower. I later tested it and on the first occasion it worked perfectly. I retested and same again, couldn’t make it fault! So I thought there must have been something else wrong. A few weeks later I was running hot water into a sink then noticed it had gone cold! Turned the water off then back on and it worked fine. I decided to research the model and was not surprised to find that this was a common problem with this heater. It now fails on a regular basis, real sorry that I purchased it, I would not recommend this model to anyone

Stay away from Gasland brand products - they offer no service – STAY AWAY FROM GASLAND PRODUCTS. I have tried emailing support line with no response. I have a simple issue of a HWS that was supplied with a damaged rubber diaphragm that I could replace. Probably an assembly problem. The product has never worked. They are not interested and the 2 published phone numbers I have found say they are not connected. Just another Dodgy Chinese Product from a Dodgy seller. You can't really call them a company - they don't act like one.

ozmyhomeappliances Another Online Con – Have sent many emails to this company although they claim to ship from aussie their phone does not connect, warranty is not there although they claim 2 years. They do not support the product. Other people are selling these Gasland Water Heaters maybe they are ok But mine is rubbish, Flames out, smells of gas, refuses to start, topped off by a company who should not be allowed to trade if online companies had any concern for the people who buy from this mob they would ban them.
