legs! not too stiff or too soft, easy when you're not feeling well, to stand feet planted & just gently bounce. i love the fact, it can be folded up too..thoughougly recommend this to the unhealthy, unfit & fit people, its for everyone! good tough construction & easy to replace springs if needed! a well thought out & made piece of equipment!
