orange juice : it gave me stomach ache . I stopped taking this product I was ok my stomach was ok then as it has been ok since I stopped taking it. I contacted the supplier by email - they are USA based, they asked me to send it back as they offer return and refund in their website, they gave me their address. I sent it as a parcel by Australia Post on January 2 with tracking number ( I paid for this ). I contacted them by email they asked me for the tracking numbe number which I did send. I waited for 3 weeks to ask them about it - their reply it hadn’t arrived, I waited for another 2 weeks and to ask them about it- their reply was it hasn’t arrived. I have checked the tracking number - it is showing it arrived on January 13 - today is February 14. I have sent few emails in between, I have been ignored. The Product is useless, their service is non-existent. I paid for the product plus exchange rate, I had stomach pains, I paid to send it back……all this trouble for nothing they not only took my money, they could potentially bottled the capsules I sent back. Don’t believe their advertisements, don’t believe their website - save yourselves time, money and it isn’t a good experience to go through.i have my order details, copies of emails, copies of Australia Post tracking.
