Not happy – I'm now on my second 73ltr Giant fridge, the first one failed with an unrepairable internal leak thankfully just insidewarrantyperiod, the supplier replaced it under warranty. Now the second fridge has failed just outside the warranty period, the fridge is constantly running and draining my 200hr lithium battery in 24hrs, zone A not cooling, zone B constantly running and freezing everything. In my opinion this is really poor quality for the price of this fridge you would certainly expect better. Not bloody happy. Phil.

a lot of money for a short life span – Purchased fridge in September 2017, fridge broke down 6 months out of warranty. very expensive option for that amount of life, , you can buy fridges the same size for a lot less than half the price with the same amount of warranty.

Purchased in at Aussie Batteries & Solar for $1,500.

don't expect any service after your warranty runs out – our fridge has broken down after the warranty has run out. Trying to get the parts either through a service tech or directly myself has proven to be frustrating beyond belief. You would be more likely to find an honest politician than get any service from this company completely annoyed and would never recommend something made by this company.

Do not buy a GIANT fridge – I bought a giant fridge 3 years ago. Today it did not get cold. The repair man told me that there is an internal leak to none of my fault and CAN NOT be repaired. I contacted Aussie batteries and they told me bad luck. So if you want to spend over a thousand dollars on a 3 year life span product this brand is for you

Purchased in at Aussie Batteries & Solar for $1,500.

Cool Giant – I bought and installed the Giant 73L fridge with separate freezer into my van conversion. It is only sitting on the floor unsecured as I bounce along dirt roads in National parks. I’ve had it 1 year through the cold of winter and heatwaves with the van locked up all day. Must have been at least 50c inside van. It is great to return to the van after a hot bushwalk knowing there are cold drinks waiting for me and steaks in the freezer.
