Outdoor Garden Shed 2.38x1.31M With Base Grey shed is rubbish, I wish I found this website prior to purchasing, only that I went to my local Bunnings and they were absolutely no help with a sale of one or to arrange delivery I walked out cranky and found this rubbish. Nothing lines up and it’s thinner than paper, I’m so disappointed. Parts 6 and 7 have no pre drilled holes and I can’t continue to put this together Show details

Bought a giantz garden shed, totally useless, leaks like a siv, got onto retailer and told them the situation and they came back saying shed is not waterproof so shed is good for nothing can't store anything without things getting wet, your better off to buy something made here in Australia then something made in China, totally useless piece of rubbish and will never recommend,"be warned" Show details
For the price point, I understand its going to be a bit flimsy, I understand the instructions probably aren't great. BUT whoever it was at ''Giantz'' that tried to save $5 on sheet metal protection costs... SCREW you pal, you owe me 1.5days of my life back peeling that ridiculously thin glad wrap off the panels. It doesn't protect the panels at all, and takes forever to get the crap off. Show details
Lucky I installed the shed in the backyard cause now I can shoot it. Show details

Shed is easy to assemble. My problem is the ridiculous protective film that takes days to peel off every single part and panel. If you don’t do this the shed will look like something from the ghetto once it starts to weather Show details
This is without doubt the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought . Be easier to build a brick one Show details
Frustrating and exhausing – I wish Id seen these reviewsbefore puchasing. 3 days in and still not finished. Very poor quality and hard to put together. It took 5 hours just peeling the thin plastic wrap off as it was so thin it just tore. Terrible product. Cheap and nasty. Show details
This Shed rusted out completely in 3 years - WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME – Bought the garden shed in 2018, and by 2021 it had rusted out completely from the inside out. It was a nightmare to erect and definitely not worth it when it only lasted for a few years. My advice to anyone considering buying this brand of shed is DON'T!!!! Complete waste of money and time. Terrible waste of money – Very flimsy No predrilled holes in some sections Predrilled holes in wrong places Directions abominable - pictures only and they're not at all clear Show details
AVOID - REALLY Flimsy & some elements need modification to fit – This is a REALLY flimsy shed, just flapping around in the breeze as we assembled it. The instructions were wrong re the arrangement of the roof panels, but worst of all was that there were no pre-drilled holes for the critical components numbered 7 & 8, that which holds the top of the front panels, holds the doors, and holds the top section above… Read more
the doors in place. The instructions and pics were also very vague in this regard. My suggestion is to AVOID purchasing this shed, or if you have purchased this shed to return it, but if you have already purchased this and can't return, pre-assemble items 7 & 8 so they butt together with item k in between (& 2 rollers in each section), wrap item 6 around them, and then install each end first, so you get a square alignment. Only then should you line up the panels and drill the holes. GOOD LUCK!
Poor quality – Holes on roof did not match screws missing instructions very poor Show details
Worst instruction manual ever – The shed is flimsy but we knew for the price not to expect much. However the size was very misleading as advertised the roof size not the floor size. The worst instruction manual ever. Just contained pictures and no words. Door track missing pre drilled holes. We were lucky enough to stumble on a YouTube clip that really helped with erection… Read more
otherwise we would still be going. Clip was titled ‘Build-Pent Metal Shed installation’ Would not recommend
Disappointed with shed height – I purchased a Giantz 6 x 8 garden shed and when erected I was surprised that I could not stand up inside the shed. To make it worse the roof comes with three 70mm thick beams that make doing anything in the shed impossible. Even the entry door is only 1,5 metres high. How is a person 175cm high supposed to do anything with this shed?

Made in ...... what a challenge – Pre drilled, yay, the holes don't all align. Flimsy but once together not to bad. If they made their air craft carrier this way they don't stand a chance. Roof panels do not align with each other and that was using the pre drilled holes. Had parts not drilled so you need to be a good handy man or engineer. Instructions, some help some pointless.… Read more
Value for money.....as long as you have a free week end and a sense of humor. Will it last, time will tell.
Parts missing. Hard to assemble – I now have a shed with no roof. There were parts missing and the screw holes on the roof panels did not line up and were out by 3cms on each one. No capping included. Two people took 5 hours to assemble then discocered the issues with the roof. I can’t even found how to contact the company. Show details
This product is the worst I have ever seen and they shouldn’t be aloud to sell them please don’t fall for it – Nothing works and it’s a horrible shed please don’t buy
Disaster! – I bought this shed last year, but then got sick and couldn't assemble it until now. With the help of my son, we managed to build the side panels, despite them being so thin and flimsy. I prayed that the days would be calm, so that the panels didn't fly away and end up on High Street. It was time to put the roof on today, but we found we were… Read more
missing both gable ends. No gable ends, no roof. Yes, I should've checked that every part was in the box immediately I received it. The kit was missing the needed washers too. I had to buy these separately. A good selection of pop rivets would seem mandatory as well.
The instructions are incomprehensible, the steel edges are suicide material. The top door bar is so low that my son just about knocked himself out on it. After two days of solid work, we are about half-way there. There is no way you could put this shed together in two or three hours as the instructions insist. Maybe two or three days?
As the online vendor no longer seems to sell/stock this item, the chances of being able to get the missing parts seems very slim, even if I wanted to complete the shed. Time to move on and demolish what we have built and buy something of value and quality, even though it may be three times the price.
Challenge – It is definitely a two-person job everything was going well until we come to the runners for the doors you need an engineering degree to work this for now total pain Show details
Disappointed !!!! – Purchased online looked good value for money Assembly took 6+ hours as instructions not clear Quality very average and poor finish very thin sheets will blow away with light breeze, overall just disappointed Show details
Hard to assemble – Hard to assemble even with instruction and drawings provided. Value is not worth it. Maybe 1 hale storm it will be damage. I won’t recommend this product. Not happy at all. Show details
Don’t buy this shed – Great looking shed nightmare to assemble instructions limited Google information nil would not recommend buying this product at all don’t buy Show details
Thinner than a coke can! – Crap, don't buy. Took forever to assemble with really bad instructions. Cuts all over my hands as it's so thin and flimsy. Do yourself a favor and spend $200 more like our other shed and you'll actually get something that will last. I can't see this lasting more than the next storm. Show details

Should be illegal it's so flimsy – Don't buy rubbish see attached. It's so weak any strong wind could blow it away. No reinforcing in walls relying only on one tiny bolt in middle of sheets. They flap around in wind! Show details
Rubbish buyer beware – Cheap material, very flimsy, has rust spots after 1 month installation took ages to assemble please don't waist your time and money. Leaking from the cheap plastic screw washers supplied most have all crumbled up from the sunlight had to replace with proper roofing screws from bunnings Show details
Cheap rubbish – Don’t buy this rubbish flimsy thin garbage, takes 6 hours to put together very complicated also wind would blow it apart . Purchased brand new & gave away terrible - pay for what you get Show details
Bad material quality, bad structural design, and bad instructions – Material is very thin, there are no flashings for the panels, clearly to make it cheaper. The instructions are very badly illustrated. Sometimes you need a different angle to understand what is the correct position. The door system is very week. A combination of cheap material, bad design, and bad documentation. The instructions are bad. Even… Read more
worse because the box got wet and some pages are destroyed. I would recommend protecting the guides instead of just throwing them in the box. I cannot find a PDF option on the Internet. I wouldn't recommend. There are much better options out there for a similar price. lots of faulty screws and nuts on the box. Anyway, most of the screws, I will replace them with pop rebit.
Worst product and customer service ever! Dont do it! – The shed arrived fast, but that is where the good experience ended. The sheet is thinner than other sheds and the edges are sharp! I had cuts everywhere. It was advertised is 1.78m tall, but after 6 hours of tedious assembly I banged my head on the door rail which was 1.45m high. The inside had a beam that lowered the height at the peak by… Read more
200mm, so it was basically impossible to stand up in and Im short.
The roller door bearing didnt work so it was impossible to open the door.
They had a return policy of 30 days, and when I tried to return it, they wanted pictures, videos, explanations etc.... email after email until 30 days had lapsed. When they finally agreed, it was another day to disassemble then return.
It was cheap, but not usable.
Spend the extra money on a better one. This thing was a nightmare and I am not a novice.
No instructions, so fiddly and too many pieces – The shed was delivered very fast - tick. Upon opening the boxes there were no instructions. Due to a public holiday we had to press on. So far two people have spent cumulatively about 18 hours on it, and there is still work to be done. The metal is so sharp and we had an injury. I’m not impressed at all.
VERY flimsy, size not as advertised..roof size not shed size – I bought a GIANTZ shed online from Ozplaza on Ebay. This is a review of product AND seller and is my opinion and experience. Despite sending photos of actual shed size with tape measurements, even sending a photo of the size printed on the carton, Ozplaza would not acknowldege the size they advertised is the roof size, not the shed size. If that… Read more
were true they are sane, why would the manufacturer print a different size to Ozpla's advertised size on the carton? They state it has a 'steel frame', which it doesnt, if you, like me, think that a frame is a skeleton which can stand alone, all sections support each other and THEN and you attach panels to it. The steel is so thin you can easily drill self tapping screws in it, like aluminium. I thought "sturdy steel frame" meant that it would be a hard, sturdy reliable srand alone frame. Thats what it sounded like. They say it is put up in 2 to 3 hours. RUBBISH!!!!It is difficult to put up.., after 9 hours, 2 people still hadnt finished. There are approx 480 self tapping screws to attach panels together. 2 to 3 hrs? Thats very very fast drilling. Considering you still have to get pieces, fit them, read instructions..try to interpret..which are not clear at all. And certainly NOT logical. This is how you are instructed to construct. Stand all of the wall panels up, only screwed at the bottom of metal base. the panels are NOT screwed together yet, just flapping around, only secured at the bottom. ..NO frame.. Then you attach a thin, aluminium thin, "steel" bar to the top of each panel.one by one. But, none of the 4 bars are attached to each other.. So, no frame..its wonky, flimsy. First breeze and you've got tin foil. Nothing lines up, the holes in the roof are punched in the VALLEYS so if they leak, it will be spectacular. The side panels are so thin you get paper cuts and can cut the panels WITH BLUNT scissors.Dont be fooled by thinking the "polypropylene coating" will make it different. Its a thin layer of plastic, like you get on new computer screens, that peels off. My shed is still not completed.. Waiting to buy a new roof from a hardware store so at least it doesnt leak on my stored things. To date, Ozplaza still not responding to why advertised shed size is different to real size. I spent over $1100 so far and STILL no shed. My "cheap" buy has been a VERY expensive lesson. Think very carefully before buying this shed. Shop around, in my opinion you can do much better.
